  1. On the electrex can you set the timing? I like mine at 2.8btdc is this possible?
  2. I would say if you cant tell whether a wheel has a tube or is tubeless would be your first lesson. To embark on changing a tyre and tube with security bolt is a simple operation when someone shows you HOW!
  3. Has anyone got a provisional list of dates for next year? thanks.
  4. You do understand how the Scott works in practice dont you? You do know a couple of the first groups gets slippier the more riders that go through?
  5. Surely someone must know when or if the wtc is happening next year? The fanfare with which the fim "new" partners were announced seems very quiet lately...............

    Tire Pressure

If you@re changing tyres at home a beader is very useful to have, simplifies job of popping them on
  7. Probably the quickest and easiest system i ever came across was Munch's one (the late departed M Sport motesa guru) which attached a small bracket to the wheel arch similar position of bike to the old Bulto above. The bracket was a couple of inches below normal footrest height so the bike was compressed on suspension to fit under then a captive bolt was dropped down through footrest hole. excellent system so simple.
  8. they have 3 maps and 4 gears. stroke is marked on barrel? fork legs are magnesium /
  9. try dabbing deliberately on outside to, that should "centre" your weight
  10. do left and right tight turns , fogures of 8 on tarmac and lean bike in and body out an hour or two should sort this. My guess is you are not leaning the bike enough
  11. cant get on with slow, always fast on every bike.
  12. Pretty sure they are spanish one offs so would be expensive, but why would you want one?
  13. I overheard it will be a very different format with younger riders involved as a preliminary competition as well as the normal top event. I'm sure the top lads will be there if there's the cash?
  14. ride it dont bling it.
  15. Late this year because the promoters are vetting the venues?
  16. yorkshire for trials home counties for education devon and cornwall and south coast for best weather. Scotland? Ok in may maybe.
  17. If it will start with a bump if its not flooded then its technique. The main thing is speed of kick as the faster you kick the better it is, not a heavy kick but a fast one. Generally when hot no throttle or just a little at the end of the kick when the motor is spinning over. Its much easier to show than explain! assumes its a correctly set up carb of course........
  18. Id speak to kev at gas gas uk thats not usual or right.
