Any idea of your dates yet.
-
Which can't be easy when the fastest man does it in five hour's. Christ I have spent longer on the bog.
-
If it's coolant leaking in you will need a water pump seal, the shaft might be knackered also so get the full kit about

I don't think it would work in the same trial. At best make all rounds 2 day no stop sat, stop permitted sun. I would happily live with that if it stopped all the arguing. Sick of seeing the word STOP over the last 12 months. It should be put into the swear filters.
-
I went to 1 round of the BTC last year and thought it was fantastic, one of the best trials i have ever watched. yet it didn't go down well at all with some people. When watching the best in any sport i want to be left gob smacked wondering how the hell they did that. People jump out of airplanes week in week out and no one gives a s***e, Felix Baumgartner jumps out of a balloon 24 miles up and millions watch it. ordinary people doing the extraordinary is what capture peoples imagination.
-
I was looking for a 80, but they were all out of my price range last year. I would of snapped that one up if it had been around. I suppose that's sods law for you.

I got a medium wheel rev 50 last year for the kids to potter about on. My lad is 9 and a bit short for his age, he had never been on a motorbike at all, after a few minutes he was away. It's not overly powered but can still pull me in 1st-3rd. My 12 year old daughter rides it also and gives it a bit more stick. Good little bike. Mine doesn't have the hydraulic crutch so I was slightly worried about it being a bit heavy, they seem to manage but never had any long days out on it to see if it becomes a issue later in the day.
-
It's gone back together wrong somehow, take it apart and try again. It happened to me once and can't remember why. It was something stupid like a washer at the very bottom of the kickstart shaft wasn't in correctly. Sorry can't be of more help, but get it covering freely or the stresses of use will crack the clutch cover.

I have a pair of the hardrock aluminum. Can't fault them. they are scratched and scraped and don't look as pretty as they did new, But I have smashed them off just about every rock I have seen and they are still the shape they are meant to be. Loads of grip, nice and wide, good pegs.
-
There are some vids on YouTube showing how to do what you are about to do. Worth a watch, Gas Gas usa I think it was uploaded them. And like cope said have a look for metal fragments.
-
Yes you can lay it on it's side and leave the oil in. But if you are going to need to change parts it may be better just to drain it.
-
If in doubt, change it. I put 450 in mine and it seems to be fine.
-
Could the shards of metal not of come out in a previous oil change though. Still worth a good look mind.
-
Idle gear can look fine from the front, but be a bit of a mess behind. On my old gasser I replaced 3 clutch covers. The idle gear might of saved 2 of them and The idle gear is a lot cheaper that the clutch cover. The normal cover might fit your raga.
-
More than likely you have knackered a few teeth on the kickstart gear, if so replace it and the idle gear next to it. Also check your clutch cover for a crack going from the hole the kickstart goes through upto the bolt above.
-
A lot of bikes can be a pig to find neutral on. But from experience I have found the easiest way to find neutral is ride into a section, the slightest tickle of the gear lever will find the bugger then.
-
I have a pair of sidi boots and recently had to get some replacement straps, they come in different lengths short, medium & long. Mine are the medium with loads of adjustment left, so the long ones might sort your problem. Only way of knowing for sure is to try a pair though.

The punishment was handed out by the CoC wasn't it? So I would of thought other punishments were available. At club or national level you can give penalty points, warnings, disqualification, fines and so on. Can't see the BTC being any different (could be wrong though) but in this case the punishment has been so harsh it may prevent it from happening again. Im gutted for brownie. Would hate to think he never wins a BTC after this. Hope he gets it next year.

Yeah I do like that. You can fool some of the people all of the time & all of the people some of the time. Is the new apple motto.
-
My phone & laptop always stay logged in. Must be a ipad thing, I wonder if the iPhone is the same. Another reason not to camp out over night to be the first to have the latest model. I really don't get why people do that.

Thats what it was last year, expert, inters & clubman. Really enjoyed it, very good trial. I enjoy Harwood Dale but dont seem to get over there very often.
-
I got a pair of S3 hardrock aluminium pegs. been really impressed with them so far, plenty of grip, nice and wide and they have took a few good smacks without bending. Only bought them because I bent both the standard Gas Gas ones. After a go on my bike a mate bought the same pegs. I would recommend them and they are not a bad price.
-
I know they have been compulsory for the world rounds this year & Italy for a little longer I believe. I meant being brought in by ACU & SACU possibly as early as next year at the top events.
-
Lanyard kill switches will be compulsory within a couple of years no doubt. Personally I think they are a good idea.
