Can anyone advise me if the TY125 barrel is able to be bored out to 175cc and also can it be used for the 200cc conversion ?

I have a Sammy Miller hoop type mudguard stay but I have no idea what it fits. The only identification mark is a digit 3 stamped into one of the mounting lugs. It looks similar to the TY80 type advertised on the Sammy Miller website. Distance between mounting holes is 7cm Can anyone suggest what it should fit please ?

I'd put a tenner on it being a hydraulic problem. If the fluid level in the master cylinder is going down then you have a leak somewhere. If not then it must be creeping past the seals either in the master cylinder or slave cylinder. I see that you have replaced the seals in both so the next stage would be to borrow a master cylinder from a friend and try it. If the fault is corrected then you know the fault is with the master cylinder. If not its almost certainly in the slave cylinder

Sounds like simple solution to a silly design fault. Ill certainly be looking into this myself. Please post some pics if you get that far.

I have to say... I really enjoyed myself. I rode the clubman route and that was pretty much spot on. A good variety of sections and all were doable. Admittedly not by me but thats a different story. Looking at the expert route, it did seem a bit easy but thats just my opinion.
