There's a distinct lack of SSDT chat this year.....has everyone lost interest, or are you all too busy sorting your protein intakes to chat/gurn about it these days?! I miss the old banter!

As posted just the other day, not much SSDT banter on here (yet...!). So, just to put that right... Anyone heard what level of support the various importers are getting/providing in Fort Bill this year? Factory trucks a-plenty? Intrigued to know as plenty of people will be keen to know what they have to got to sort for themselves if no importer/factory support is forthcoming from any particular marque (or not).

Somehow I seem to be the invisible man! Does anyone have any pictures of me doing the ssdt this year (only lasted until Thursday!)... Is there anything I can show my peeps back here to prove that it was me in the ssdt? Any pic, no matter how unflattering.....

Going though some old photos and came across some from Ssdt. Mick Andrews on a Majesty yam 182. Bernie Schreiber on bultaco 176. Also some one on a Matchless number 193. who is this person and did he finish .The photo was taken on the Wedensday at Achallader.

Hello can anybody tell me if there are any dates out for 2015 please.

Morning campers, Was fortunate enough to be roaming the hills near Callart falls just before sunset last night and found what - for obvious reasons - I will describe as a good quality expensive item related to trials or a trials rider. So if you rode, marshalled or spectated the 2014 SSDT and lost something the day the bikes went to callart falls and can describe to me in detail what you lost I will gladly (reluctantly) arrange to have it returned to you. If not I promise to make good use of it with a clear conscience.

Any photos of #176 finishing on Saturday? At the finishers ramp? Probably looking very tired. Or any other photos at all would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I have been reading the supplementary regs and have realised that after going through the final time check I have to stay in the car park. I was planing to go across the road to my accommodation to work on the bike as I will be riding a fantic this year. Does anyone know if any of the dealers would be offering a support service eg shelter and airline (at a cost?) to independent riders? Many thanks

I always enjoy viewing the daily results at SSDT.org, as the books are in and posted by the time I get off work! As I go through the list again this year, couple of folk stand out in my mind as regular friends here on TC. Our top Spanish lad, Carlos Casas finished another year nicely in spot 77! With a good last two days he really advanced as I recall. Only got beat by one girl this year with Emma B. in spot 46. We still love you man! How do you do it? Chris Pearson, tech advisor, did the deal this year with great result at spot 23, just behind Ricky Wiggins (who must be half his age)! Great job man! Anybody else seen the riding number list for this years SSDT? http://www.ssdt.org/images/stories/2014Documents/2014%20Riding%20Published.pdf Dougie (130) is down as riding a '0'. Is this just a very unfortunate typo, or a tactical move to keep under wraps what he'll actually be riding? Will this new Vertigo get it's first outing........?
