It is with sadness I convey news of the passing of DOT club stalwart, BMCA trials organiser and Trials Central contributor, Al Usher. Known to many for his "Hammertight" musings in the DOT Club Journal he will be greatly missed by many and our thoughts are with his family.

Has anyone on here built a Bantam Cub ?? Just wondered about the engine mounts, were they completely different or modified ?? Anyone have a pic of a trials Bantam Cub. I think I've seen one but not sure. They were produced late 60s early 70s as road bikes.

I've recently bought a nice original old Sprite trials, Villiers 37A powered. Anyone tell me the location of the frame number? I'd like to try and get an age related registration on it if possible, any advice on how to get one would be appreciated.

I have acquired a 74 TL125 with a Chinese carb, and the OEM junk carb. Some research I did a long time ago said that a mid 70's XR 75 Carb was the same just jetted differently, anyone know of a better option or have one to sell?

Hello, I read much about people using a Villiers carb on their HT5 projects, so starting to think about whether it might be work experimenting with one on my 400cc G3. Is anyone out there using a Villiers carb on a 16M or G3 based machine? Any thoughts/comments as to size or mods for running a Villiers on an AMC bike? Thanks......

Does anyone here on TC know anything of the Moon Trophy Trial which I believe was held in the Staffordshire/Derbyshire area in the 1960s. Which club ran this event in what years and who rode in it?
