Hi all As of 12pm sunday, me and my brother lost our race and trials bikes. Four bikes in total were stolen and 2 cars (one brand new for my mums 60th birthday) very badly damaged. However due to what i can say is very good work by the local police authority we now have our bikes back, although now in a very different location. Seems the scum (i would use harsher language but I know minors read the forum) rang up about a motocross bike for sale advertised in papers and said they would come around. However rang back hour later saying they had broke down on M5. Sounded fishy so we moved both our cars in awkward positions to the garage so no bike could pass. At 12pm they …

Link is here: http://www.twoc.co.uk/view_rec.htm?id=405 Its a gsx-r750 streetfighter that he built himself and some scum has nicked it. I got a phone call this morning at 8:30, from the wife, saying that our neighbour has just been around and said at about 1:30am as he was going for a slash, he heard a loud bang, so decided to take a peek through the window. There was 3 guys. One was in next doors garden looking over my fence, and the other two were kneeling down in front of my garage. They saw him and ran off. I made some bits at work, and spent the afternoon beefing up the security, extra locks, and alarm. I have a good hasp and staple on the bootom of the door, cos I heard that the scumbags just bend garage doors up from the bottom and get in that way. The hasp and staple is fine still, but they'v…

Message from Bryan Pucket who coordinates the Project 2000 training scheme we run here in South the Wales Hi All My garage on Christmas Eve at 8.30pm was broken into and the two Project 2009 Beta's 125s trials machines were stolen. I received a phone call of a mate of mine on Thursday morning someone tried to have his bike away on Wednesday 17th. He lives in Igleby Barwick (thornaby) they smashed his van window and pushed his van forward to tackle his garage door once they managed to get through the lock on the door the house alarm went off so they left. Both were on the same system luckily. When he rang the police and they eventually turned up they commented on the this was the forth one tonight... and they think its a group from hemlington.. So just a word of warning to the local riders of Middlesbrough / Stockton area.

Not been on here for a while and decided to check out the stolen bike thread, as I thought that trials bikes wouldn't be stolen as often as the MX and enduro bikes...but I'm wrong! It seems that the police seem to getting a real bad press on here too as regards their reaction to a stolen bike....I have been there too when I had my enduro bike stolen. Some of the conversations I had with the police after I found out whom stole my bike, where it was being kept, were so laughable, to the point of being just unbelieveable.... " I have just seen my stolen bike"... "ooh, right thank you sir, we will get someone there this afternoon, goodbye sir" "ermm...don't you want to …

This is just a heads up to all in the Richmond North yorks / Catterick area, we where broken into lask night our well locked tool shed door was mashed open but nothing was taken, leading police to belive they did not find what they where after. There where a coulpe of other similar events in the area so be on guard. Maybe im being paranoid but i always assume the scummy robbing lowlife ****ers are after my bike.
