ITSA's North American Championship rounds 5 and 6 will be held September 26 and 27 at B&J Racing's facilities in Dickson Tn. Mid-west and Southeast regional series points will also be paid. The event will be utilizing the ITSA Scottish section design(no splits, you ride the sections designed for your machine and ability level). The crew has 50 sections laid out for your trials pleasure. Riders are treated to 10 sections per loop and ride 3 loops per day. You will ride different sections each day. Camping is available and there are plenty of local motels. This is a twinshock event and classes are available for all machines from specials to heavy weight pre-65 machi…

Great Lakes members, Thanks for a great event. The sections were challenging but fun and I had great time riding them. You guy's really put the effort in and it shows. I can't really single out a favorite section, but the water sections and the long rocky uphill double were like the old school sections of long ago and it's nice to see them used again. The staircase was also fun to ride. (Once I found all the markers. Thanks Lester!!) I had a blast going over big exit rock in Rusty's section. All in all really nice sections and a fun event. Congratulations to Steve Widman for a most excellent ride in SR with only 10 points! Nice ride Steve. - Don

I dont know if any of the MATT members are active on this forum so I thought Id put a plug in for them about the Quarry Cup Sep19-20 Great event good Hospitality excellent feed Saturday night. Should be somewhere between 60-100 riders definatly worth traveling a few miles to get there. It also the longest running trials event in the U.S. now 36 years without missing a year.

Hey- I actually will have the Sherco done by next week! During that long dry spell I also picked up some new adjoining property. Lot's of very cool stuff to ride- rocks, logs, off cambers, water crossings. Most has never been ridden- but there are some existing sections. New sections invlove some clearing but lots of stuff that is ready to ride. The rock hill has only been ridden off camber/sidehill- no one with enough **** to try riding up it...yet. Joey where are you? If the water drops in my pond we'll have more sections, but lots of rain this summer has kept some of the sections under water all year. Thinking about Saturday Sept 5. MOTA guys chime and let me know if…

A quick post from Sante Fe, New Mexico on the way back home from the Ute Cup. It was, in a word, great! They have gone back to the old format. Intermediate/Advanced level sections so the Trial is geared for the average Intermediate rider, long loop (22 miles on Saturday, close to that Sunday) and ride the same sections twice (two loops each day). 20 sections on Saturday and I think 16 on Sunday. I probably had 20+ riders tell me how much fun they were having. More to come later....must....sleep.....now.......... Cheers. Jon

Congrat's guy's on an excellent trials. I really liked the long, open, challenging sections. You really had to have a good ride to clean them, but nothing too difficult. All in all a real enjoyable day. Thanks again for a quality event. - Don PS All day long I kept thinking it's not raining and it's not 95*F with 95% humidity, am I really at a Great Lakes event ???
