My clutch was starting to drag when hot so I put a new dp clutch pack in , the thickness was 9.8 it's solved the drag but now it slips terribly when it's hot , worse in the higher gears, you guys have any ideas where I've gone wrong?

I would also avoid a 2008 bike if it has the Sachs front forks fitted , there was a choice that year as to wether you had marzocchi or Sachs and the Sachs where horrendous

Anybody seen those photos of Eddie riding the Swedish championship with a metal cage round his face! Big respect!! That must have bin one hell of a crash he had he looks like he's bin beaten up and got a tropical disease all at the same time

Even if gas gas do release a new bike soon, with the way the workers have been striking and supposedly not been paid ,would you buy anything that's come off their production line?!?

Who knows maybe the trs has come around at the perfect time for him..

I wonder which will arrive first the supposedly (and apparently) imminent demise of gasgas or the release of this bike , they are dragging it out abit now I feel.anyone have any news ?

Think I've solved the problem I split the kaliper and gave the Pistons a good clean put it all back together but now for the life of me I can't get it to bleed , I've got a bit of a lever but it goes all the way back to the handle bar before it bites , how do people normally bleed them ? Thanks for all the help so far bin brilliant

My ajp front brake seems to be sticking on, got a good lever with loads of free play and the bite is excellent but after using the brake it sticks on /drags , I think the Pistons are sticking so what is the best way of solving this do I split the kaliper or do I take pads out ,pump the brake so the Pistons come all the way out and grease them or wd40 etc?? Cheers in advance

I think they've sacrificed looks for performance it looks abit too fussy I think , and I know it's silly but I think it's let down with that sagging rear mudguard exactly the same way the ossa is , it takes the sharp look away.so that's the bike what about the rider?!? Surely with all the effort /money that they've put in they are going to have a top flight rider on it next year??

Interesting concept , bou would be the biggest loser as that bike is nothing anywhere near standard the others probably arnt a million miles away ,a little off topic I know but anyone reckon any of the top lads will change machines??be good to see someone in the ossa/jotagas for a change

I've got a 2012 300 racing it's bin a great bike but I'd avoid buying one reason being it was the last model with gold magnesium crank cases , mine started peeling off after two weeks and now looks horrendous, plus the formula brakes arnt the best, if you can find a 2012 raga I'd go for one of them , hope this helps

Does anyone know if an ajp front kaliper will work with a formula master cylinder ?

no models of any form on show at the Penrith world round , they don't seen to have a solid dealership back up at the moment , is it still only motor cross dealers that you have to go through to get one??

So what's happened to jack challoner is he not riding in the wtc at all this year now ? I know he injured his leg but I didn't think it was that bad to miss the first 3 rounds?

Absolute stone wall 5 ! ,on a trial this important there can be no room for 'benefit of the doubt' The observer has probably crumbled because of who it was , id say any other rider doing the same would have been 5'd Definately , I hope if he does win he wins by more than 2 marks because if he doesn't who ever finishes second will have been robbed , poor decision

I apologise if I got the wrong end of the stick I just interpreted it as the usual thanks to the factory for there help etc etc when riders change bikes immediately ,good point dabster if they've used someone else's engine it will take a lot less time to arrive at the finished article I presume ? It's all exciting stuff though and I can't wait for the outcome , would be nice to get a time scale of when it will appear
