Could someone explain /claify the age limits for b and c class and how a riders age is determined ? Sorry if this topic has been covered b4 .

From memorey most of the engine gearbox and suspension are the same, you know what will happen if you sell bits. !

If its the cylinder base gasket (and it looks like it is at fault) you wont loose any gearbox oil from there. Are you experiencing any problems with how the motor runs ?

The inlet manifold Bo is refering to is the duct between the carb ( you do know what a carb. is ?) and the cylinder.

Cheer up ! you only have to use Steam Packet once a year. Can you imagine having to use them on a regular basis , such as some of the companies on the island

If you really suspect an air leak try removing the throttle body and examining allthe rubber joints / jubilee clips etc . re assembling with a touch of oil on the rubber to steel joints usually does the trick

I think the main problem is not enough trials people wanting to buy it . I thought it was excelent would have been better in a more traditional a4 format

You must fit a tubeless tyre to a tubeless rim, once done you will find this is a very reliable set up . Even if the tyre spins it wont rip the valve out

What about controlling the compounds used in the tyres? ie making the tyres harder

Find yourself a local club, and get yourself to a few events the rest comes naturally, good luck

As the gauze is refered to as a flame gaurd, is there any chance of the filter catching gfire ?

With the weather being so hot recently I have noticed that my helmet (Shoei) has strated to give off a rather awfull smell, I have washed the removable bits but it still smells like a fish wifes apron. It wont fit in the washer anybody got any suggestions

I have recently removed the inlet restrictor from my bike, along with the ignition mod. I have found the bike runs cooler, ie the fan is running much less.

Is the gauze there to stop the air filter catching fire ?

Cant really help much , but I rode trial on Friday the bike ran perfectly until it ran out of fuel , therewas not one drop of fuel left in tank , not even the merest hint of a hick or splutter it just stopped ! good luck finding your prob! letr us know the outcome please
