  2. check the breather pipes from carb, a mate had similar issues & had to shorten breather pipe that had blocked with mud.
  3. nothing wrong with dellorto carb, very reliable
  4. Jotagas are one of the best bikes I have ridden, great steering & handling, very reliable,great engine,any one who says they are no good obviously has never ridden one
  5. slosh, tank cleaner & sealant, works very well, used it a couple of tank with no problems; can be found on ebay
  6. Hi mick i recently had to change the kick start spring which entailed removing the clutch & inner casing, the selector drum is then exposed,Ralph had same problem on his 280, which Freesyle repaired. just replaced clutch plates on my 250 ,s3 from shirty,

  11. ben see me at saturdays club trial,I have just what you are looking for. splat shop sorted keihn carb & cable will go straght on + raga reed if required
  12. check fuel tank breather, they have a ball valve in the line that sticks starving the fuel
  13. watch wheels of fire training video.never apply heat to a tyre on the rim, stay safe,
  14. never ever use the lighter fuel method, can cause a chemical reaction within the tyre& create an explosion
  15. small end bearing,problem is con rod eye can be stretched so new bearing may not cure problem . that usually means complete rebuild of engine
  16. gasgas 321 not the easiest of bikes to ride, better off on a 250, we had a 321 when they were new & hated it
  17. looks like a 1999 to me
  18. i had same problem with my 250f it is where the cable goes into 2 . the main cable to carb slide & the other to the fuel pump.you have make sure it is properly seated at this connection. in fact i ended up leaving off the plastic cover where the cable runs. had no problems since
  19. check that it is a tubeless tyre & not a tube type
  20. it really is a knack starting the 300 pro, you soon get used to it, there have been previous posts on this subject

  22. get your nose in line with front wheel spindle, i have been trying for 50years & still can"t balance but its fun trying
  23. i ride 2010 300 pro, very easy bike to ride, grips very well,low down torque excellent, loads of power if you need it, it does have a flywheel weight. excellent all round bike. 280 is more snappy, better suited for the experts

  25. change fan you will only get grief if you stick it back on. i speak from experience, had a rev 3 do exactly the same thing. new fan motor gave no trouble at all
