You pay for what you get with trials bikes! there are some decent bikes out there but take some finding.Just keep looking and dont buy the first one that comes buy as you may regret it and end up having to spend another small fortune sorting it out!

Sounds like other side crank seal as gone & burning gearbox oil!

Give rim a good clean add a new rim tape making sure its fit corectly then seal edges with a bead of silcoflex should do trick!

Beta uk recomend bp5es i went on ngk website the same as you & spent the extra money & bought a irradium plug last longer & never let me down! thinks its a bp7iex but not sure on that.

Just take your time take plenty of photos as you strip it down & consult forum for advice!

If it was down to me i would have 270 beta! gas gas fall in bits & are only any good when new!save a bit more & get a Evo.

My 2011 evo as a gasgas 2010 guard and alloy brace much stronger than beta item! Did after shorten it though as it caught header pipe!

Hi whats best for long distance trials ie carrying a drink & tools for running repairs punctures etc? I have been looking at a camelbak mule are these too big to be carried round for a good few hours? Whats everyone using,what size drink bladder & whats the most practical.Need some tips & what to carry cheers for any replys.

Got a jitsie filter in my evo i just wash it with washing up liquid then leave it to dry and reoil it with no problems!

Just get a master cyl seal kit! & have fun bleeding it out

I have a 2011 evo & have fitted gasgas forke brace and mudgaurd! It fit with no problems but gaurd is longer at back and catches exhaust when forks are compressed! not sure about ossa gaurd!

Try jk hirsts bradford they have the ball bearing sets google them!

Would of thought stroke of crank is different! but i know its the same between 250 & 270 only bore is larger on 270.

Who are the uk distributer for betor shocks? Im not happy that both shockers should lose all there oil in about 5 hours of my son riding bike! Tryed emailing trail & trials uk where shockers came from and as yet i have heard nothing! Dont want to be buying another pair of shocks & why should i!

Well after 2 outings for my son on the ty80 we restored the rear shockers gave up today ie both leaked there oil! they where new betor shocks i got about 18 months ago! can they be stripped down and repaired or are they a sealed unit!Also i had them mounted with damper at top so stickers where the right way up is this correct? anyone else had trouble with betor shocks?
