thats a odd looking bike.saying that any one see a bike i made many years ago.bultaco miller frame with honda cd 185 twin engine i fitted and trialed around northampton for couple of years.

blimey.not sure if stator is same as mtx 125-200. try a haynes manual some times give idea how to get it of.

the engine is based on the honda mtx 125.without the water pump and balancer.same clutch.you will see hole for balancer. why do you need to take it apart? as they dont go wrong.

a 4.10 tyre is smaller than 4.00.its more like a 3.50 if you have any mates that do trials buy second hand tyre of them perfectly good for trail riding this time of year. or if you want new one get a pirrelli mt43.if they are still made.

i would try engine bolts.if it was mains it would not cure itself?

oh i see yes 50 is low.i run mine without oil pump.mixing oil with petrol @60 to one.useing very good oil. if its a metal gasket you may get away with useing old gasket.

got to be hydrolic problem.change the hose it could be balloning.

why do you need head gasket,these things will go for ever without touching engine.i have one for years never touched engine,i used to have tlm 240 used hard every weekend for 5 years never touched that on either.

i once put honda 200 twin in a miller frame bultaco.it made a great trials bike sounded good pulled very well.and it was reliable.wonder what happened to it i sold it to some one in northamptonshire.it did half dozen nene valley trials.

if you partly put into ground vertical about 4 foot apart and with one 45 degres up to them to climb up on top,you could then flick from one to another landing and taking of on rear wheel.then you could then enter indoor world champs.and beat toni.or am i being silly?

i recon the michelin is best tyre to use,have you let it down to about 3 or 4 psi?or it may be your riding techniqe.

wont be main jet,its either the pilot jet a bit small or air leak on carb joint or exhaust.

sounds like circlip has failed gone up piston and broke the ring.i would say small end bearing probably been going for a long time,you have got used to more noise over time.

look like the tlm 260 to me,they are very different to 200 220 240 250 which use the mtx 125 200 bottom end

i did not check it was on the pre 65 page,i thought it was a modern bike.

no brake light .speedo fitted dont matter if it works as long as cable fitted.red reflector at back.lights not needed take of any switches.horn must be eletric not bulb type.get one from push bike shop with its own battery.chain gaurd not needed,tyres normal trials type ok but no splits etc.

they are useless on road bikes,best bet pressure wash bike including chain after trial,when dried out oil chain i find gear oil is good,makes a mess on floor put some newspaper down first.
