throw a match into jerry can if smokes a lot its got 2 stroke mixture init. perhaps not a very good idea. if you have a car without catalist or have a mate with one bung it into car it wont hurt it.

moto minarelli,was an engine fitted to lots of bikes. but i dont know what frame it is.poss a italjet.not very collectable as not very well made and allways had trouble getting spares,there was a place in solihull that delt with them.

there are going to be a lot of jealous people looking at these,inc me. i would use it thats what its made for.

i use old long bolt,push over spacer so you can get onto bearing then hammer out i never had a problem one yet.

i would leave alone i have modded mine like yours it works very well.

easy fit and better engine,wireing is different,but easy to modify.i have fitted at least 10 to different tls.when tls were 2 a penny.

you could put few washers between top of spring and top nut

easy way to turn of pilot jet.turn of fuel.but engine wont run very well

a smaller pilot jet will mean a cleaner bottom end instant pull .the pilot screw only really affects tick over revs.

it dont matter if loose when you put spindle through it will all line up anyway

i would whip the barrel off and check piston and rings for damage

i doubt its the cdi at fault.i repair motorcycles for a living mainly hondas,i have only put one cdi on a 125 in forty years and that was stolen recorved i think it had been shorted out by idiots messing with wireing. its more than likely its the generator thats at fault.

i used to have a metro many years ago,took a bike rack no problem.but you still need a tow bar.

i find washing up liquid works well.i do at least 3 tubeless wheels a week road bikes.

notice hes riding non stop,no silly jumping about.
