  1. I've just become the owner of a rather sad and neglected TL320. (re-living my youth having last owned one in approx 1984) First of many questions to come - can anybody tell me the correct length of the rear shocks. Thanks Ross

  4. Give your carb a really good clean and see if it improves. Sounds like water or dirt. Running out of fuel has never caused a problem with me.
  5. Well done Ross Brawn, World Champion again. The fact that he has achieved this with a cut and shut makes it all the more impressive.
  6. Speak to this man - Try Alan Whitton (race engineering) 01246 419 805 Wont be cheap. I believe he did Mick Andrews James. Can supply frames, hubs, yokes etc.
  7. How about soldering up the hole completly and opening it again with gas welder nozzel cleaners, which come in a range of small sizes.
  8. If it turns out to be a no go you could always break it and hopefully recover most / all of the money. From the sellers description I think you have to buy, as said above the time to look and ask questions is before you bid.
  9. Check where the rim is joined (some wheel builders put the valve hole opposite) in this case put the rim lock at 120 degrees. Rims also come in different widths, so make sure you get the right size. Also if your drilling the rim, check there will be room for the nut and washer of the rim lock, the angle of the spokes can get in the way for tightening.

  14. Does the kick starter drive throught the clutch, like the BSA ? (If so it is probably the clutch slipping, which is not a major problem) Use the decompressor to get it over TDC will also make it easier.
  15. http://www.thisislondon.co.uk/standard/art...ain-platform.do Will the mother sue the train company because the platform wasn't flat and there were no warning signs ? Or the pram manufacturers because the wheels were round, and again no warning about gravity ?

  21. The Human Body It takes your food seven seconds to get from your mouth to your stomach. One human hair can support 3kg (6.6 lb). The average man's pen1s is two times the length of his thumb. Human thighbones are stronger than concrete. A woman's heart beats faster than a man's. There are about one trillion bacteria on each of your feet. Women blink twice as often as men. The average person's skin weighs twice as much as the brain. Your body uses 300 muscles to balance itself when you are standing still. If saliva cannot dissolve something, you cannot taste it. Women reading this will be finished now. Men are still busy checking their thumbs.
