    When I broke mine they said they didnt always heal, it did after 4/5 weeks. Bones now overlap buy about 15mm.

  6. You could try a climbing/walking shop and ask who repairs there boots as they are more likely to have the expertise.

    Boyer is good, PVL is supposed to be better, but it depends who you buy it from as they differ.

  11. Pitot (sp?) should have been changed as the one fitted was prone to icing up (known fault) This may well have contributed/caused the crash.

    200 Forks

    Try adding a little extra oil to each leg. There was a problem with the SWM forks (not the Betor ones) where a washer on the damper rods got twisted and allowed the oil to pass. Remedy was a thicker washer with other dimensions the same. You have to make a tool with a tapered end to undo the bolt at the bottom of the fork legs.

  20. Someone will give you the definate answer, but the oil would tend to be forced to the back by forward motion, so that sounds more likely.
  21. My Bultaco certainly had a cable operated brake, but it also had a gear shaft that went right throught the engine so you could had the gear lever on either side. First thing I did was to get rid of the cable and put the gear lever on the right as the cable brake didn't have the same feel, its routing was the probem. PersonalyI would learn to live with it.
  22. Try charging the battery. Check earth connections.
  23. Change your fuel, drain and blow out carb, fresh fuel.
