Don't take any notice of what is said if its in the us their fuel is alot different.
Shercos came with 36 way back and they went better with 33 on the dellorto. Think my 250 in o7 had a 34?
Now it may be me but no garage? Does that mean he lives in a flat? Bedsit? Ian if you need a sub mate pm me, or if things are bad I've got a shed here with a bit of room? (for the bike not you of course!)
i used to rebuild mine and still have a box in the shed with some new seals. They are easy enough to do and its usually just the seals. If you are sure the rods are straight i'd have a go.
(don't mean the gassed ones of course)
Set the points gap at whats reccomended (look in the manual) think its 16 thou then set timing at anything from 2.5 upwards. You can go to 3.0 and its worth having a play. Although the points need looking after the electronic ones cannot be set how you want it afaik
not too sure on the nedle without looking but make sure the floats are set as weak as poss ie it runs out flat out in fith on the road and tweak it a bit back from there. St the tickover at about four beats to stop then mess with small adjustments on air and it should be a tad rich at the bottom.
Make sure the slide doesnt have a step in it
Its a myth. People from Hartlepool were knowledgeable seafaring folk who would know a French man from a monkey, and there is no official record of such a hanging.
my wife had one six months ago and is still struggling to walk, you need to make sure you follow the physio and from everyone we have spoken to its a good few months before you feel like you've done the right thing.
much worse than a hip apparently.
