No news seems to be out yet, but I thought I'd make the thread. What changes would you all like to see this year? All the other brands have announced their new bikes so I figure Scorpa won't be far behind.

Hello Ive managed to snap off the choke lever mount off the magura clutch master cylinder on my 125 scorpa four stroke any Ideas as to where I can buy a new one as all i can find are the whole master cylinders at 150 pounds a bit steep as i only need the cover or would anyone know if any other models may fit Husaberg and ktm types with the hot start lever look similar but dont want to buy if they differ, Thanks John.

Hows it going people,im seeking some advice on a wee bike ive been offered,it will be my first trials bike,its a 1997 scorpa 250,the guy selling it seems certain its powered with a yamaha engine,ive only seen pictures of the bike and will go for a better look this weekend,am i right in saying it should have a 250 rotax engine,if so how hard is it to get parts and are they expensive,the bike is reasonably cheap but dont want to buy somthing i cant get parts for,also are there any issues i should know about with this model,any advice is much appreciated

hi does anyone know if there is any difference in these new models compared to the older 2007 models? i take it they all now have hydraulic clutch and i think, maybe an electric start. would maybe have rathered a 175 but not seeing any for sale right now, so how does the 125 compare with power/performance any info would be great cheers.....

I have a hole at the bottom off the air box how can I fix this its just from wear off being on the bike

As per title just bought a 2006 Scorpa. I am looking forward to riding it but first want to go over it regarding maintenance etc. Any specific Scorpa tips regarding preventative maintenance and any essential tweeks etc? Thanks PS Regarding the age it was V5 registerd Nov 2006 but the 12th charactor on the frame is a 7 which I am led to believe makes it a 2007 model I think??

Hi all, I recently bought my first bike, a Scorpa SY 250 (2006)and i am loving it!! Even though ive spent most of the time on the floor!! Ive noticed that when changing into 2nd gear it doest seem as 'smooth' as it should be and it almost grinds and im just wondering what can cause this, its got oil and ive not had it long so ive not changed the oli as it was serviced before i bought it. Also ive noticed the throttle is sticking, how can i fix this?? Any help would be much appreciated Thanks in advance

Probly been asked before ! I have a small crack near the top of the tank, caused by a fall, the coating has come away from the tank itself, how do you repair them ? Thanks.

I know very little about these bikes ( i have a 191 Sherpa ) but my nephew just got one as a project.As far as i know they are French and used Rotax or Yamaha engines depending on age.I have seen the bike very briefly in the back of his van but haven't had a good look at it.Talking to him on the phone he said the graphics say 295 and he was thinking it's a 295 works.When looking for an engine number he came up with Beta 6300-A ! also 269A Beta on the head.The number on the headstock is 68097.Did they use Beta engines at all or has it been modified ( bodged?) at some time.If it helps the bike has the chain on the right,the ignition on the right and the kickstart on the lef…

Hi All, anyone know the thread size and pitch of the Banjo Bolts caliper end on a Scorpa SY250 2008 model? Mine are rusty so I want to change then.

After flushing and bleeding the clutch line on my 07 SY250 the slave unit leaks from between the crush washer on the brake line and the slave itself. First we tried replacing the crappy original (alloy?) silver crush washers with new copper crush washers but the leak persisted. We've since tried smoothing the end of the clutch slave body where it contacts the washer with emery paper but it's made no difference. It leaks very slowly without clutch lever pressure and leaks a drip or 2 each time the clutch lever is pulled. Even tightening the banjo bolt as tight as we dare to really crush the copper washers down makes no difference. Any ideas? Just want to ride the bloody…

Hi, Im almost embarrased to ask this but does the 2006 Scorpa SY 250 have a 2 stroke or a 4 stroke engine?? Im new to the trials bike world and im just trying to learn as much as i can. The thing is im not mechanically minded at all!! But we all have to start somewhere right?

Hi, So i bought my first trials bike the other day from Triple D in Kendal, (would HIGHLY reccomend, very helpful) and im just wondering what cleaner/oils you use for your air filters? I have a Scorpa 250 and could do with some advice on maintaing the air filter do you have a specific routines?? Thanks alot

Anyone know of a way to get the rear fenders back up higher like they were new? Mine has bent down a little like they always do. Is the only solution to buy a new one? Anyone know about how much a new one is? (USD)

Does anybody know if there is a alternative to buying a genuine Scorpa rear brake disc, or are they common to other bikes?

does anyone know where I could get a mitani front pipe or possibly complete exhaust system from for my SY175F Racing, have got the engine capacity up to 195cc and done the other recommended mods and am interested in losing some weight and the mitani bits seem best place to start, can anyone help ? Have seen some parts at banyeres in spain but very exppensive plus carriage to pay ! also seen a nice idea on the takuma narita website, new end caps in alloy for existing silencer but tried to communicate with site in english and predictably no response, anyone fluent in japanese !!! I thought there may be renewed interest in these bikes with Scorpa selling the 125 again and …

Got a SY250F long ride available fairly close to me at a pretty good price so I'm kinda interested in it, Birketts told me it can have a normal trials tank on it if needed (or trial it as is??) I'm a very low level club rider so not the greatest but always liked the looks of the Scorpa, the Yam engine should be fairly bulletproof so anything else I need to know?? Don't see many of these for sale so isa there a good reason for this?? cheers

hi guys i have jumped ship from a beta and got myself a clean 09 sy250f what a machine it is and im really pleased!!!!!!!!! done an oil and filter change straight away.... my freind who is on a 4rt has to drain his oil from 2 sumps and fill new oil up both sides of engine i have not came accross this on the scorpa and im worried i am missing something as i just drained all of my oil outta one drain plug and filled up to level on sight gauge after replacing filter... i am aware that it is a yamaha wr engine in these bikes and have watched a couple of vids on oil replacement on them and it looks way different procedure than what i did on my trials motor.... can anyone …
