Whats the worse case of blatant cheating, whether its gardening or anything else, people have witnessed at a WTC round or indeed any other trial. You don't have to name names but it would be a lot more interesting if you did.

Read he had a training excident (to shoulder) and cannot ride (or skips) the X-trial des nations. But looks like he will be allright for the outdoor season. Toni Bou injured his back again in a fall at a demo in Japan.. Apparently not too bad and his aim is to be fit for the beginning of the X-Trial champs on 20th January. Assume based on this, he is a big doubt for Sheffield.. Now looks like no Bou and no Fajardo.. Looks like another sub rider needs drafting in. Gelabert hopefully.. Looked cracking there last 2 years

So TC came up with the scope that Bou was, at the end of the season, joining Montesa HRC signing a 2 year contract. I'd heard sometime ago that Montesa were looking for a Spanish male rider to challenge for the WTC. To me Toni Bou is the obvious choice, young and talented. I personally think its a good move for Toni, Montesa HRC have unquestionably the best factory set up and the chance to be team mates with fujigas and Lampkin and the experience they bring will be if great benefit for his future asperations. In the past Doug predicted Bou as being a future World Champion, the reality of that just took a huge step forward.

Just got home from The Hallam Arena (Sheffield)- what a night! The best Shefield for years- even though Doug didn't make the final Bou was the moral and actual (thank god) winner - those team-tactics from Gas Gas sucked. Still can't quite believe how Bou managed to ride the "race barrels" so fast. I've seen them done on the back wheel plenty of times- but not at warp speed- sensational! Marc Vinco was also fantastic entertainment and allowed the commentators the quality line of "Well, we've seen it done on a push-bike" (before the 3 finalists were about to attempt the Q8 Oils section in the final) Fantastic night, and I wouldn't bet against Bou for either world champi…

If Tony Bou is not allowed to contest full WTC/INDOOR series some problem w/ the rules needs fixing now. How can a board of men make him wait ,a rider w/ skills enough to win or even podium any WTC event is obviously up to par and should be part of the show. I would like someone who knows how the classification system works to eplain it please. What a year 06 should be w/ about 6 different riders realistically likely to score big points w/ overalls and podiums.

Well done to the lad. I'm really pleased for him and I think having Fuji and Dougie as part of the team will help him keep his feet on the ground and not go down the arrogant route Raga did that has now bitten him firmly on Highland Lassie's favourite a**e! I am going to have some serious fun with Octagon on this one...

Just seen that Bou has resigned with Montesa for 2 more years. Does this mean they will be making a new bike? 2 stroke?? Or will they simply think 'he's winning on this, let's leave it'

I can only assume that raga and co must be feeling pretty demoralised when you consider how amazingly good the top riders in the world are and mr bou completely smashes them into next week!! I wasn't there today but it's hard to believe someone can be that much better than raga and co. Full congratulations to dibs for a fantastic ride too. More of the same please!

X Trial is promoting this weekend's event with both Bou and Raga competing. I expected Raga to be there, as he competed last weekend for the first time since his surgery. Bou has been very quiet on social media, no practice riding posts, rightfully so, if he is, I suppose. I'm just surprised that he'll be back this soon. OR will the almighty X Trial announce that Bou will not be there on Saturday morning, so that ticket holders still show up to see Adam, at least? (so they don't eat crow like they did when they outright canceled the last event, which still sucks for all of the other competitors who WERE ABLE to COMPETE)

I think my maths is right here and that with tonight's victory Toni Bou has now toppled Dougie Lampkin in terms of world championship titles and now has 13 world championships under his belt. 7 indoor (x-trial) titles : 2007-2013 6 outdoor titles : 2007-2012 He also shows little sign of being caught by any of today's riders and unless tomorrow's stars make a very quick leap I can't see him being challenged for another 5 years (another 9 championships) I think its fair to say he is now without doubt the greatest trials rider ever. Can he be caught by anyone in the next few years??

Toni Bou won the first World Indoor trial last night beating Raga and Fujinami - not bad for his first time out on the Mont'

Wasn't expecting the result until this evening, but according to Octagon the result is - Bou 5, Raga 15 and Fajardo 28!

Toni bou wins trial today at carlisle beating adam raga by 3, his crash was not good but bike was spluttering like hell, it wasn;t his fault at all, they were working on it for 15 mins you could tell he wasnt happy.
