As the Dirt Bike Show at Stoneleigh rapidly approaches, December 6-9, i wonderd who would be going? Its usually quite good for the trials riders and this year their is a dedicated trials village.

Come on then !! There was talk of the next tc trial awhile ago and then nothing, are we going along with the new labour style spin on everything nowadays?? who knows wot is happening , is this site starting to get overly pc in that it provides what the importer dealer network wants info wise and discourages that "rebel" talk?? Im sure its just me , but everything seems to be getting a bit tame?? I demand to know what has happened to the so called riders forum trial , which in its infancy was hailed as the internet movement gathering pace and putting on real events and providing more importantly a trial for real peeps with real drinking and riding in conjunction with t…

At the St Davids trial on Sunday when Jake fell off and was hurt bad, (think he went to hospital and hope he’s alright ) whilst the observer went to attend to him, the next rider was pushing him to observe his ride regardless of Jake needing urgent attention. The lad was screaming in agony for Christ sake! I felt sickened by the whole affair.. When someone gets hurt, they must become the chief priority and everything else has to come second. This is all because they have to rush round to get finished to avoid time penalties.. Trials of this type must change from being a race to a thing of skill. Have less sections or give more time to complete or something else but c…

Any chance of a clubman route on the Colmore next year. I rode last year, and found it to hard. I was secretly quite happy when I ran out of petrol and got overtaken by the people pulling up the pegs. I would like to ride again this year, as it is by far the nearest national to me, but will have to give it a miss if it's just one route if I am being realistic. It wasn't a Novogar round last year, so could it possibly go to 2 routes?

Hi. Got a beta evo which needs a minor job doing. Cant get the back brake to work propperly. All the trials repair places seem to be over Yorkshire way. Most motorcycle mechanics even people i know who are handy with MX bikes dont want to touch trials. If anyone knows anyone local to me who like to fix trials bike please can you post their details? Thanks alot. Chris

Went to the Dirt Bike Show on Sunday at Stoneleigh, Warks. Not overly impressed or excited with the Trials stuff, the show would appear to cater more for motox. I saw very little that I'd have classed as a bargain, I went on the Sunday hoping for some super deals, maybe I left too early. I did find a stand displaying a nice pair of Sidi Trial Courier boots. When I asked the chap on the stand the price I gulp a little, then when I got my breath (and nerve) back I said I'd have a pair. I was then told they weren't for sale and were for display only!! Well the credit card got saved a hammering at the time though hopefully not for too long. Can anyone advise me as t…

Please note that in 2013 there will be 2 British Solo Trials Championships: British Solo Trials Championship – Stop Allowed Rules. ( TSR 22A) Details are being finalised but it is envisaged that this would be a three round Championship on a restricted area closed course (each round one or two day duration). Entries would be limited to a max of 25/30 riders of proven ability in possibly two classes. British No-Stop Trials Championship. ( TSR 22B) 4 or 5 rounds, (each round 1 or two day duration) These events would follow a similar format to the 2012 BTC Championship however without the practice lap.

as the title suggests, looking for info on the mull 2 day trial if there is one this year. thought lmcc organised it but cant see anything about it on their site. i have done most of the scottish 2 day trials bar this one and thinking about a trip up with a few lads who are relative beginners/ not vastly experienced so from what i hear ths should be about bang on with it being a one route clubman do. any info appreicated cheers
