Hello folks, I want to have a championship but our riders are spread all around the country and are all varying abilities. Does anyone know of a points system that I could use to get one eventual winner???? I would use other clubs events and extract our riders from the results and award points but it's very rare we are all at the same event due to work and logistics. So how can I work out the points with people riding different routes, clubs etc Your thoughts please.

I read with interest the the ACU are to blame for insisting that the organisers have been asked to change the published start order for this event. The rules are perfectly clear in the book. That is straight forward enough but when you take into account that the ACU Trials and Enduro Committee introduced this rule at the request of these same organisers then it defies logic that they can blame anyone but themselves.

Welsh Championship - 5th Feb 2006 - CHANGE OF VENUE The first round of the Welsh Championships, which was to be held at Builth Wells will now be at: The Foel - (Forestry) - Signposted from the A458 approx 20 miles West of Welshpool. Just stay on the A458 until you pick up the signs. The Mid Wales Centre apologises for the late change of venue, but due to unforeseen circumstances the Builth venue is no longer available. Any queries - check www.trialspace.co.uk nearer the time. Alternatively send me a PM, email, reply post, or contact the secretary of the meeting Graham Evans (once he gets back off holiday this weekend and realises what's hit him ) 01686 625010 Optio…

Hay people, I have a 03 montesa, and I am thinking of changing to a 200cc of some kind, probably a beta if anything. Would anyone recomend this? I am quite a good rider at club level, but a few people have told me that your confidence really grows if you ride a 200 as they dont scare you as much lol, whats it like to ride a 200cc has any one got one?

One thing that comes up almost on a daily basis is the whole "legalities" thing - How do I road register my bike? Where can I insure it? etc etc. These topics get spread all over the place. I've created a new Forum in the UK section for precisely topics like that to make it easier to collate and find information. To avoid constantly adding new Forums and the place getting overly cluttered, I also put the DEFRA Forum "to sleep" for the time being as it's not been posted in since Oct 2008. Daresay I'll find need to resurrect it again at some point

Now this might seem strange to all of you but, entries are very slow coming in for our trial this weekend 20.06.10. So as i'm entry sec , and marking the trial out with a few other club members.I thought i would ask you the riders what you want the trial to be marked out like . Langley Hill is a fantastic venue usually used later in the year, so this weekend should be a nice change. The current intension is to steer clear of any mud, which will be different for this venue. But you tell us if you want it muddy or not . And come on lads get your entries in or ring me up, i promise it will be the best trial for 50 miles (tel 01242603426) All details on calender .I wa…

Hello to those of you reading this . Got to say i actually learned a few things , and enjoyed the day . The setting was great . A stream running through a big gully with land drains feeding it ,really grass covered slippery slopes , stones ,mud and dead trees , bankings , you get the picture . Plenty of banter and some fierce concentration , good time had by all (see pictures). Instruction was excellent as was the regard for peoples safety and the instructors . At the de brief , a quick word from Kev from GASGAS uk about bike maintenance . For me , and take note , some excellent advice . He said ,"if you have a problem ,fix it because if you have an avoidable bre…
