been thinking about it for a while, but with three SWMs in this weeks Sammy Miller round maybe its time for some SWM riding shirts ? Had a look on the Destroy Clothing website and they do a vintage style shirt (for Honda's and Bultacos for example) but they will make up an SWM logo'd shirt (the Racer style at bottom of the page) What ideally I need is; a good picture of one we can copy the style of (sure there is a picture of Danilo Galeazzi wearing a shirt with an SWM logo around the neck at the SSDT, but cannot now find it, Motosinge?). Making up 15-20 shirts will take a few quid off the price, as potentially would putting on a suppliers logo and URL (?) Anyone inter…

My Zokes have shrader valves.....air forks are all the cutting edge rage nowadays, pahhh SWM were there years ago. Anyone used air in their forks? If so how did you get on?

After all the help you lot have provided, I thought you all deserve to see some photos of an SWM on its maiden voyage on the Slickrock trail near Moab, in the desert of southeastern Utah. I spent a long weekend there, riding the TL320 on Slickrock and Hell's Revenge trails. Slickrock is a single-track trail (bicycles and motocycles only) about 12 miles long, about ninety percent solid sandstone, and ten percent loose sand. It is a very fun place to play, and to practice riding obstacles. Hi all , Am going to ride the TL 320 this weekend as was wondering which fuel oil mix to use, as i haven't riiden a twinshock for about 15 years. I will also be running the engine in for the first couple of hours of riding. I was going to use fully synthetic at 50:1 with super unleaded , i have been told to use semi synthetic at 40:1 also with superunleaded as its an older air cooled machine. I am not interested in the different oil brand debate , i just want to know what mix is best. What do you think?

Hello Please apologise for my bad english! I once heard that top level 320 SWM riders lightened the weight of their magnetic wheel for 0.800 kilos. I just reduced mine for 0.450 kilos, and at first glimpse that gives to me a good feeling: I'm driving much more a trial bike than a tractor. But I'm wondering: must the ignition advance be modified? I'm planning a trip next weekend to Moab, Utah, an area with lots of choices of trails, some of them very rough, technical trails with lots of obstacles to challenge a trials bike. I'm trying to determine which trails I can practically expect to ride without running out of fuel, but the TL320 is new to me, and I don't yet know how far I can go on a tank of fuel. How far does YOUR TL320 go on a tankful?

Hello all, Just picked up a Nice Swm 320TL .Rode it in a trial today and was well impressed.After owning Honda tlr,s Fantic,s Majesty,s The Swm is a very under rated bike, it steers well goes well and looks good and boy it grips!!!!! The only gripe i have is the forks top out ,is there a fix for this ?? Heavy clutch,but after talking to Martin At Swm moto careful adjustment and a domino lever its not that bad .Roll on the next trial !! Scorpa250

I've heard the use of blue frames was something to sponsership by 'Pernod'......or am I wrongly assuming its anything to do with a drink as I used to like a stiff Pernod and black when I was a yoof ...this bottle of my favorite Caister Soul Weekender tipple isn't really in SWM colours ...although from memory before mixing Pernod is a pale yellow as it is in this photo (unless it's someones 'sample') and there is blue in the 'Paris' on the bottle...bit tenuous though

Jon Bliss has just built this SWM for me with a 140cc Pit Bike Engine, pictured in tatty first build, I know its looks wrong, but you want to ride it ?? Weighs in the same as a 2014 Sherco 125. I will post more pics over the next few weeks of the final build. Pete.

Ok this was present before my stripdown but it seems aliens have abducted it and are most likely probing it as I write....really frustrating oodles of bits in oodles of bags, all labeled up and you know tbe rest! It's the bearing which the brake pedal sits on and acts as the securing nut too having an internal thread. Martin doesn't have one so at the moment and this is a job stopper...if anyone can help both my SWM and myself will thank you.

Anybody with a Jumbo when your next playing around with it in the shed, could you take some rough measurements for me please. Mainly the rear axle spacer #17 as per below pic, mine measures 32 mm, I'm trying to determine why my left rear shock splays out slightly towards the bottom shock mount whilst the right appears near perpendicular, also when I measure the shocks from centre to centre across the top mounts I get 233 mm but at the bottom I get 245 mm so definitely some 10 - 12 mm of splaying but I don't know if this is normal for a Jumbo. If it is normal, like a Cota 349/4 for instance, I'm curious why the left shock seems to be doing all the splaying ?
