  3. hi. I haven't found the Shoba triangle yet. It's been welded and used temporarily. I feel uneasy. I asked the Japanese dealer to get the parts, but he doesn't care. So I need a site where I can get parts. I live in South Korea. Please let me know.

Hi all, I snapped a link on my Regina chain on my DL12. I bought a 120 link RK 529 MXU chain and figured I could cut it down. However I can't find a half link for this chain or a rivet/master link (as the Vertigo needs it a 103 link chain it appears) I'm going to return the RK chain but before I buy a new Regina 103 link chain, does anyone know where you can get a master link/rivet link for a Regina 520 chain? I figure I'll just fix this one. I've currently bodge it by pushing a rivet pin out, putting a new half link in and pushing the old pin in. But this has of course created a stiff link. All …

  5. My local Vertigo dealer has a 2019 Vertigo DL12 Dougie Replica 300cc for sale. Half year old, very little time on it. So basically it is like new. Is it that much better than a standard Vertigo or just a marketing thing (limited edition - 50 made worldwide / other color decals / titanium silencer)? I currently ride a 2017 Montesa 300RR, i might consider the Vertigo. Any help is appreciated. Greetz Erik

There's been interesting discussions regarding oil mix ratios for Vertigos. I'm interested in what brand of oils folks are running in their machines. I'm in North America where the recommended Rock Oil isn't readily available. I like Motul 710 although unsure if it can be run at .75%... Thanks for any recommendations.

I dont suppose anyone has the OEM part numbers for the injector and or TPS? Maybe a close up picture? Nothing is listed in the parts fiche. FYI, I just want to use the vertigo injector & TPS on another EFI project and need the specs. thanks

Riding the other day I found the clutch lever would stop before the handgrip . Still engaging and disengaging correctly I tried adjusting lever but it had shorter stroke . Cheers to mototrials west whom said check the through bolt at the centre of the clutch basket . It had wound itself out , once I chased the bolt threads it went back in and all works correctly again . Bonus is it’s a reusable gasket on the case . A small side note this is the first issue I have encountered on this 2017 vertigo 250 I bought new

I'm seriously considering purchasing a 2017 Ice hell and was wondering if any else out there bothers with any kind of plastic/CF protection parts? With it being so new there isn't much out there, I have seem some carbon fibre cover protection on the Vertigo site but they are some serious money! I currently have a 2016 Beta Evo factory and from the very first day I had frame/fork/swing arm/cover protection as well as rim tape etc. I appreciate it takes a little away from the aesthetics of the bike, but in several places it has saved significant damage, especially on the forks and clutch cover! How are people frames/engine cover standing up to boot wear as well? …

my brother has just bought a 16 ice hell. we was swapping the master cyclinder covers over to some nice red csp ones earlier and noticed the clutch master cyclinder was completely empty of fluid. which seems weird as it worked when I test rode it a few days ago. I'm presuming it will need bleeding rather than just topping up as its completely empty up top. and how are these bled? there isn't a nipple near the casing where the hose is like on my beta. thanks

Could someone take a peek at how much clearance they have between the chain tensioner bolt where it screws into the swingarm and the chain itself? Mine was rubbing, and I'm assuming I bent the tensioner, but I don't see any obvious damage.

So on the GG Racing models that ship now, they come with a bearing cup in the throttle side to prevent that bar-on-handlebar drag you'd get when doing anything where you're putting a lot of pressure on the grips. It's a nice feature, but if you want to keep it, you can't run bar ends. Curious if the Vertigo has anything like this on the throttle side?

Is this bike going to be available in 2018? As it’s the best looking vertigo, the rest of the range are a Bit Ott in the colour department imho. Iknow someone that would quite like one of these ;0).

  17. hi.... I'm jeong won living in South Korea. Vertigo 12v start battery connection is inconvenient So I made a 12v portable starter battery with 18650 batteries. It is 11.1v by connecting three 3.7v batteries, but 12v comes out because it is 4 volts when fully charged. In the photo, the battery hold is on the side but is actually under the air filter. Make a switch and start the engine When started, disconnect the switch. If the switch is connected and kickstarter 3 starts.

I have a 2017 250 fajardo replica and the kickstart stop pins had fallen out of place in my clutch side and had lodged themselves in between various places in the case, thank god no major damage was done, however with new ones installed I’m trying to put it back together with no luck, especially from the kickstart assembly, any tips or tricks or do I need to take the clutch basket out, and if so how? thanks in advance
