Which Tools?
Try to get some of the face drive versions as these are better in the long run. I use Metrinch which are good.

How Many Can He Win?
He's looking so far ahead most of the time so i can honestly see another 3 or 4.

Pinky Foot Peg Mods
I have lowered mine to the level of the sumpguard and rearward 20mm and think it is an excellent mod. The bike feels much more modern as the original riding position was a bit a**e in the air for my liking. Simple answer do it. Value is subjective, riders will see it as a positive, collectors will not.

Ty 175 Electronic Ignition
I also use the John Cane version which works very well and gives good clean drive from low rpm and revs out nicely. I have not used the electrex one so cannot comment. I suspect you would not feel a 9 degree advance in real life.

Fim Take Note.
Rip off Britain??? So my family of 4 costs £160 and two are not really that bothered, or is there a family rate? Be cheaper to send the wife shopping. Or alternatively you get a full days sport, watching the greatest trials riders on the planet for a mere £20 a day! Compare this with a football match or any other top level event. Is your glass half full or half empty. Up to you to decide!

Fim Take Note.
Agree with previous comments, great weekend with good sections and excellent viewing. Section 11 sorted the men from the aliens (Moto GP term!) with only Dibs having less than a five. Observing was hitty missy on a calm day one if a flag moved they gave a five regardless of how close you came, on day two with the wind blowing a gale the flags were all flapping away in the wind so by logical extension everyone should have been on a five. Difficult job to interpret the rules sometimes! (Only a Belgian would complain about the frites eh Bob)!

Bill Hill 81 Today And Still Riding!
Having just crossed the Rubicon of middle age (50 to be precise), I hope to have another 30 odd years in front of me to match the 30 plus behind!!

Tlr 200 Fork Yokes
I suspect he had used a narrower tank so depending on your riding requirements you could consider an after market tank. If not it should be possible to drill and thread the remaining lickstop and fit a bolt.

Dougie Calls It A Day!
Certainly the best rider and one of the nicest guys you could meet in the paddock. I remember his first ever world section in Luxembourg (with a dab on the low side of a slab), and have watched his progress with interst ever since. A true legend!

Tlm 260
Good look with your search, parts are like the steam off rocking horse poo. Air filters should be easy to get round and from memory the RTL 250 which Dave Renham of Inmotion had new ones made fit. if you source pistons let me know as I have 3 engines on standard bore!!!

Tarres Used To Ride Scorpa - Here The Proof
It is a genuine picture, he tested the bike for the french Moto Verte magazine. A translated copy appeared in TMX if my memory serves.

Yam Mono Rear Spring Removal
I am trying to remove the rear spring of a R model shock with the remote reservoir. When I unscrew the preload retaining collar it will not slide off as it catches on the damping adjuster. What do I need to do???

Eddie LeJeune
pretty sure this is Eric Lejeune (Eddy's younger brother) as Eddy would have been wearing the Rothmans gear like steve saunders in a later pic. I think Eddy is walking the section behind him. Great album

Its a colour you either love or hate, I fall in the latter category but you certainly cannot miss it! Good bike nevertheless.

A Peek At My Brothers C15t Shush Don't Tell Him :p
Hope he modifies the throttle cable routing or it could be quite entertaining when he snags it!

Electronic Ignition
I have used electronic ignition from different sources on my Yamahas TY175 and TY250 both were an inprovement in the reliability of tickover and drive from low rpm as well as the ability to rev hard. well worth the inverstment in my opinion.

Fantic Kroo - Any Still Out There?
I have one of the last KRoo parked up at the old mans, I bought it cheap for the engine bottom end to graft an air cooled top end on as it was really sweet. Not very pretty but not so bad to ride. I would have been better than the Aprilia Climber I bought when they were both new models, even though I loved the 280 engine.

Does anyone have the length of the spacer required when removing the speedo on a drum brake mono? Thanks
