If you have to remove the engine to fit, I wouldn't trust a fleebay quality item.
-
New fuel pump for an Ossa, £280....and you have to take the engine out.
Never known gravity to fail.

Glen, so car makers with massive budgets and expertise, vehicles with a relatively easy life, can't get it right......your point is ?

They met at the singles club meeting and discovered over time that they enjoyed each other's company.
After several weeks of meeting for coffee, Claude asked Maude out for dinner and, much to his delight, she accepted. They had a lovely evening. They dined at the most romantic restaurant in town. Despite his age, they ended at his place for an after-dinner drink. Things continued along a natural course and age being no inhibitor, Maude soon joined Claude for a most enjoyable roll in the hay. As they were basking in the glow of the magic moments they'd shared, each was lost for a time in their own thoughts...... Claude was thinking: 'If I'd known she was still a virgin, I'd have been gentler.' Maude was thinking: 'If I'd known he could still do it, I'd have taken my tights off!

I thought for a moment the above by bgg was going to be a balanced summary of the necessary information required to analize efi, not an attempt to out bulli**** do2.
Give me carbs, with all their supposed failings, if this is what's required for efi. I've had more than enough of that, and the costs that go with expert analysis, to last a lifetime on various cars.

Get a small reflector, some MOT stations insist on them.

Personally, if I felt I had to take a photo of their Licence, I'd walk away.

If it's never been registered it's unlikely to have any meaningful paperwork.
If it's too cheap it's to good to be true, generally.
If you don't trust the seller, it's not a good start.
If they won't meet at their home for ANY reason, alarm bells.
-
#142 comparing performance, weight.
I have 30 year old carbs that still perform well so replacement cost not really an issue.
-
Big difference rebuilding 2t & 4t, also cost to replace a carb or an EFI.

I sure I know someone that can make them !
-
Confused, is that a bit like a FIAT monarchy ?
-
Whole new thread there, are swm the most successful manufacturer ever, given their short production period ?
-
Don't bother. I know of a Jumbo for sale ! (don't I Patrik)
-
Hi Paul, yes plan to go, its not a big circuit trial, but usually pretty good. What bike you bringing ?
-
Thanks for all the replies, hopefully it will be as easy as has been said.
-
Very nice, now you have served your apprenticeship SWM's will be easy.
-
This may all be obvious ?
Is it running rich ? Wont grip if it isn't.
Where are your handlebars, to far forward also effect grip.
Too hard shocks won't help.
-
Only trying to help, sure it would last until the parts arrive. Its not like they do a lot of work.
-
Get Rockshocks, they are easy to extend with the various length ends they sell, or alloy distance pieces can be made up to extend them.
