Fantic section
You can wire the power valve open completely (via the power valve linkage) as it was not a very effective system. I am sure you would notice very little difference with it fully open.

Fantic section
I owned a Fantic Section '95 from new and the Carb. was a mess from the start. Very inconsistent regardless of jetting changes. I finally gave up and installed a Carb. from a mid '90s GG which I believe was a couple of MM smaller. Had to install a manifold spacer on the inlet side. This carb. was available to me as a friend installed a Kehin on his GG and no longer needed it. The only problem was that the idle and mixture adjustments were on the opposite side which required a very long screw driver to make adjustments. I never had a problem after that even while riding in higher elevations. I ended up selling most of the parts on ebay last year and the carb. is gone, so I am unable to supply any # advice.

You welcome...anytime. I'am not going to mention any names as I am not one to spread rumors.

Ossa USA
Heard a rumor this weekend that an unnamed importer will bring Ossa's to the US and sell them thru East and West Coast Distributors The rider mentioned to ride the Pro Class was really a surprise.

Sherco Rear Shock
In '06 or '07 we had to change to another shock on my sons 125. The shock we purchased was of a different length and required a change in the delta link to make the bike standard ride height. Can't remember any other details though....

Trials bikes vs enduro bike
Here in the States, Trial Bikes are not allowed in the top class in Indoor Enduro Cross. They run a separate race for Trial Bikes Only.

New Gas Gas Torch Bearer?
I for one can't imagine why anyone would trouble you for bringing new talent here. Seems to me there has always been a very positive reaction among the people in our club attending these events. Forget the "few". Don't let their personal agenda get in the way of making the sport in this country more entertaining.

Factory Beta vs TTT Beta
Perhaps a better Ignition System than the one on Lampkin's SSDT bike last year.

Reed valve spacer
A Reed Spacer is probably the last thing to do for better performance. My experience is they give little or no results. I agree with JSE, go for the Boyesen Reeds.

2011 250 carb problem
Now that the Engineers and Scientists have had their say, try some basics. New spark plug. Perhaps spray around the carb. and inlet areas with carb. spray cleaner to ck for vacuum leaks. Carb. Float level or Pinch/block the fuel line from the tank and see how the engine performs as the fuel in the carb. starts to run low. Can you exchange carbs. with another bike perhaps.

As far as riding the bikes, the 2010 has a much lighter feel than the 2009.
