  1. I think the wipers from SKF KIT35M will work. You could also try Gas Gas p/n G280000 and maybe Fantic p/n 364.02.00.5390 Good luck and please post what worked.
  2. I think you mean that shielded bearings are used. I would replace with these same bearings.
  3. Go see your dealer and ask them what they use.
  4. 2006 Rev3 owner's manual tri*lsp*rtdotcomdotau
  5. Fuel smell at end of silencer confirmed or not ?
  6. I think you either have the bike flooded or you do not have any fuel going into the motor. If you stick your nose at the end of the silencer after you have kicked several times you should have a fuel smell.
  7. Motul Motocool factoryline coolant and Belray Super Dot 4 brake fluid.
  8. 1998 TX250 p/n M01417051 16mm gudgeon pin diameter
  9. TK carbs were used on some years of TY250. Check with your local Yamaha dealer for spare parts.
  10. A lot of Japanese riders are sponsored by Dunlop. If you check out what they ride the tires must be capable.
  11. jml The caliper does split into two halves, be careful not to loose the wee o-ring that seals both halves together.
  12. 50 to 1 , to 80 to 1 should all be fine. Regarding riding obstacles, you need to find some people to ride with. You will learn best in a group setting.
  13. 2006 to 2009 bikes are more or less the same.

    No Impeller ?

It is not the same crappy piece of plastic as the 2 stroke, it is a different part number 1620900 000
  15. I have had good luck using the silicone grease.
  16. There are banjo bolts complete with bleed nipples available. This would probably be the cheapest fix.
  17. I thought the 307 had USD forks
  18. I see Fugi and Bou in some of the pix.
  19. It would have been nice to know something more than the price of cat litter!
  20. neilboxer Standard tyre pressures are 4psi rear and 6psi front. Everyone has there own idea regarding air filter maintenance. The are 2 oil screens to check and 1 oil filter to change. The fan kick in time will vary quite a bit depending on the ambient temp.
  21. lineaway, regardless of bike brand most of the rear brake components are Braktec. The Braktec made components do not seem to be as good as the AJP brand were in the past.
  22. DL1512 are not the same, but HK1512 will work.
  23. I think the proper p/n is BTK215000509
