It will never be as easy to start as your Beta Evo. That being said you will probably get the knack of starting the GasGas after a while.

connect the fan to a 12 battery to check that it works correctly if it does the most likely problem is the regulator / rectifier if that is not the problem you may have a ground fault

I think you need to take the bike apart to figure out what is going on. My thought is not to put all of your weight on the kick start lever and bounce. Good luck.

you need an oil with a JASO MA2 rating meaning that the oil is ok to use with a wet clutch

If you flip the bike upside down and it shifts it is most likely a broken spring.

Perhaps the friction spring MT280226006 is not moving freely in the clutch cover

I believe that a good reason to change the oils more often than FB Group man ( or women ) is that having a look at the drained oil lets you know if there are issues with the bike.

Wow never seen that before! You can put the bleed nipple / banjo bolt from an Evo on to bleed. Th nipple may interfere with the exhaust. It would be interesting to see the inner workings of this. Thanks for sharing this .

I think using petrol with ethanol in it is a bad idea.

The forks have been SACHS brand for a while, but are mostly the same as PAIOLI
