Eddie karlsson
Eddie`s rides in my section at Arizona were the most spectacular. Amazing rider, but at the end of the day I checked his score and just way too many fives. You could see this coming from a mile away. If he goes to Endurocross he will dominate that sport in a short amount of time.

KICKSTART / IDLE GEAR ISSUES
I would say that you are still not all the way in and flush. Sometimes it takes a few tries.

Beta Evo 250 4T Carb Settings
Remove the exhaust, much easier.

2000 Beta Rev3 gear ratio
The 11 tooth was still too low for first, but made second too tall. The 10 was used to be ridden in second gear most of the time. First was only used for really tight sections. My 2016 is using that same gearing. Not too worry about the 6 hole sprocket, it is a stronger hub and you can still easily get replacements. Just not on your keyboard, you have to use a phone.

Ideal first trials bike
The `08 Rev certainly was the best Rev 3. That said that line of bikes are way slower than the modern bikes. You will be fine.

2017 clutch
It also could be as simple as he has over adjusted the lever. No free play.

PKW Conversion - Worth it? (2013 2050 TXT Pro)
Intake manifold and throttle cable. That carb you are getting will need going through.

Diaphragm vs basket clutch.
Interestingly Casales was the first rider to clean my section at the US GP. He also was the only rider to use a different line at the entrance rock. There was a hole forming next to a log that was catching riders pegs as they attempted third gear splatters. He just rode a larger wall. This section averaged the most fives from every class.

2014 evo 300 4t set up.
Yeah my boys bike rins a 130 and 27.5 pilot at low elavations. Full Arrow exhaust. I know many rifers never touch the carb and just use the mixture screw. My son loves his bike as it suits his size. The 4t is much bigger feeling than my 2 stroke It sits about an inch taller when loaded in the van. He has an arrow header and also an aggressive rider.

TY250A Oil Pump advice
So do you have the throttle cable for the pump? After all these years I would just mix it.

Fantic Service Manual
No service, just a parts break down.

2014 evo 300 4t set up.
The bikes 4 years old now. Pull the carb apart. Also depends on what pipe you are running.

TL125 Speedo parts troubles

Beta 4T Oil change interval
At 20 hrs that would be about 15 changes a year. We probably go 30 hours, or every 45 days.

Knocking front wheel
Still have the plastic disc guard on? Seems like I remember the caliper bolts could do some damage if the guard washers were gone. It made the mounting bolts too long.

Beta Evo 4t 2016 model throttle.
Most ridets run the 10 42. A 9 would really kill the top end. My son is thinking of going back to the 11 , the jump to second is hurting him in the steep stuff.

Beta 4T Oil change interval
Less than a quart is cheap. 3 oil changes and the 4th becomes free. (750cc) The Beta filters are expensive, but I buy them by the bulk. I think they are the same as an RMZ 250.

Sherco overheating exaust
The oil in the pipe could of been on fire.

Beta Evo 300 4T oil quantity.
900 cc for a complete rebuild from dry would be my guess. Just like forks, it is better to go by the level.

clutch spring mod 6 to 4
For my damaged finger that was not enough. You can do two, but 3 puts the bolt out enough to hit the clutch cover.

clutch spring mod 6 to 4
That`s like the poor mans Rekluse. Yes it will be lighter and yes your clutch will slip. Find a good parts guy and get 6 lighter springs. What I did was take Gas Gas 160 springs and cut them down to proper length. I did this for two reasons. I had a gas gas engine laying on the floor and last Christmas holiday I cut off the tendon in half of my clutch finger.
