  2. Could be any of the three you mentioned
  3. Just monitor the colour the plug is and if too rich.drop the needle in the carb. It will do no harm if its a wee bit rich as long as it doesnt foul plugs
  4. You might find the evo shares the same part
  5. Yes it will be nitrogen filled if you pressurise it with air you will lose all the dampening

For the sake of £85 better buying a new casing and then you can forget about it. You will be gutted if it starts to leak and you dont notice it and it seizes on you a lot more than 85 quid for a top end build
  7. Just order a pair of bushes with the smaller bolt siize hole and it will be fine. Good luck with the zero play linkage by the way as betas have lift on the back suspension from new lm on my third one and id say they are the best of a bad lot but not a patch on any of the jap stuff
  8. It looks like.you have the wrong top hat. Bush the ones that bolt to the frame have a smaller diameter bolt than the ones that connect to the linkage.looks like somebodys got them mixed up in the past
  9. Yes easy job all you need is a vice and a selection of sockets to act as drifts
  10. Get some plumbers thread tape and put about a.dozen turns on the thread and that will seaal it fine
  11. Have a look on ebay for electric fans a fraction of the cost of beta ones aprilla ones are quite close if I remember right. Most will fit with a wee bit of bodging
  12. Got one on my 11 evo cant tell any difference between the two settings
  13. I put one on my evo you will be surprised how little your engine is running compared to what you think .just get one of the cheap ones on e__y for £6.00 from china they work the same
  14. Cheers guys the engines been all rebuilt including all new ignition and I tried a brand new dellarotto from a friends bike and it did perk it up a bit but it still wasnt how it should be .think ill bite the bullet and try a oko.ill let you know how I get on
  15. Got a 200 minarelli and cant get the carburation right and am toying with spending the money and getting a flatside oko for it .just wondered if it is a worthwhile upgrade or not
  16. Looks like you'll be running it in at a trial then
  17. No need a lwb to get bikes in
  18. technowaldo replied to burns1989's topic in Beta
