  4. Don’t bother the rebuild kit for the m c just bite the bullet and buy a new master cylinder most bother with brakes comes from the m c
  5. Paint it outside on a nice day with a mask on and you’ll be fine it’s not as if your doing it every day it’s only a one off
  6. 2k definitely best paint for the job on top of an etch primer
  7. I done what Kurtus said and it was leaking again in months just bite the bullet and buy the inner clutch casing for £100 ish it’s an easy fit if it’s your sons bike he might not notice it’s leaked all the fluid out and then you will have a much more expensive seize to repair

  9. I’d be tempted just to ride it if it’s still feeling ok and let it develop you might split the crank cases and not find anything
  10. Give it a wee whiz up with an impact gun until it bites then torque it up manually but go easy
  11. Get all that filler chipped off and see what ur dealing with no reason why it can’t be repaired if it’s Ali
  12. Take the swinging arm and shock off and get a angle grinder with a 1mm disc and run it through cutting the bolt leftovers so you can remove the dog bone

  14. Buy a box of mixed ones from eBay you’ll get what you need out of them
  15. Yes I had the same problem with one of the original coils replace it and take it from there
  16. Is your coil an alloy cylinder or a moulded plastic one
  17. Fling them in the washing machine with your wife’s clothes when she’s not in and they come up like new that’s what I’ve been doing for the last 10 years
  18. Jet wash it ,let it dry a bit and cover the whole bike in rhino shine

    Put one on my 200 fantic and it totally transformed it but don’t buy a cheap one (£25 ) as they are a copy of a copy

  23. Give them a good heat with a plumbers torch in a vice before bending back or they will break
  24. Far better with an enduro type of thing the island is littered with legal off road tracks and you will be limited to what you can cover with an evo
  25. 300 a lively beast better with a 250 and your mx boots won’t really be much good too stiff and bulky buy a set of trials boots you won’t regret it
