Easyiest way to get it started. Works every time for me as i have had similar prob and once it happends it just dont wanna start.I know the feeling mate.so here it is.Simply get a tow rope attach to bike and car and bump start it. For some reason it clears the bike out and your able to smile again.Give it a go. It works for me (3times)

hey there i use valvoline mate it works a treat. I looked at montesa reccomended oils and did same enquires and hard to come by and not cheap. Dont be afraid to use another oil. Its up to you. Another way i look at it is presuming you own a car i bet you dont use manufactures reccomended oil in that do ya? Hope this helps

This coming weekend sees scarborough dmc hold its Cliff Collinson memorial trial and what a line up it has attracted. Brown, dabill, challoner, austemule, ludgate, walker, richardson and not forgetting local rider andy chilton this has got to be a great opportunity to see the top boys in the uk in action. Scarborough dmc offer great facilities and the kettle is always on and hot grub to keep you going. If you want to see the top boys ride have a trip to the seaside and be one of the first to see the likes of brown and dabill on there new machines. It dont get much better than this.

im trying to change fork seals on bike and am wondering do you have to buy the fork seal driver when re assembly takes place or is there some other way it can be done. I know on a beta you can use some waste pipe to force the seal down. Any ideas?

glad other people thought the same, it hasnt stop me wanting to watch the best riders in the world, just nice to get the show of to a great start and get everyone in great mood. Im sure the promotors will take this on board for next year.

Thought the ridin was awsome as usual and sections really good, but the intro was appauling. They had some american countdown thing which i think they were trying to replicate an american boxing match. If that didnt get you going there was then a 25 sec delay where nothing happened and you sat in dark. The usual laser spectacular was replaced by a bunch of spotlight men that looked like they were on acid and a dull intro of riders coming in to the arena in cars with hardly any crowd particiaption at all. It was lifeless till the riders started. Just disapointed with that.I know the credit crunch is biting but i hope to be enetertained better next year. What did anyone else think? Riding made up for it big time though.Loved it, bou was being challenged right till end which had everyone on their seats, browny gave his all and it will come to him with time, and doug was the big surprise which was what got the crowd geered up so all in all great entertainment from the riders.

As a former moto-crosser honda was my thing. Build quality awsome. Got into trials and rode beta for 2 years, Not many probs apart from 06 stator, but everyone got that. Now ride montesa (honda) which build quality is unrivalled. To be honest it sounds like you just been a bit unlucky. If i was going back to 2 stroke i would ride beta i reckon purely in terms of build and riding quality in the 2 stroke class.Hope this helps

Galfer pads all day long. They got great feel to em although dont last as long but as some of other harder pads, but if your after performance galfer all the way. They are a pound or two dearer to me a brake has to brake. If you want cheap, longer lasting dont use. Its like anything really more you pay better you get thoeretically. Easiest thing,try both

my mates just snapped also after 1 hr riding. Perhaps there has been a faulty batch, who knows? I have heard good reports to be honest, i just think like anything it aint bulletproof, although im sure some bafoooooon on here will want to try and prove me wrong.

nice to see a british bike being used for trialin in usa mate. Are parts and that easy to get hold of, mind u us brits do build good stuff.ha aha so i doubt you need much. Keep flying the flag mate.

i heard on the grapevine that another venue was been looked at in ireland? As for america i wouldnt travel that far anyway.lol, but ireland was a great event last year

~Can anyone advise me on changing fork oil. Is it a simple proceess of turning forks upside down and draining oil overnight then refilling to reccomonded height. Thanks

ask gizza5 about about a fuel pump. He replaced his at about 300 pund. Think it was to do with cuttin out though. Yes your right it shouldnt go on a mont so new but its like anything i guess can break. Regarding plug i would change first. Mine soots up. When changed its spot on. I do get the occasional miss but it dont worry me. I have an 08 and changed plug 5 times this year so far, but i do a fair bit of riding. Good luck and hope you solve the problem. JUST A THOUGHT. hey guys, sooner have your gas prices than ours in uk.lol. As regards two day events, costs of accomodation, food time of work (saturday) etc???? Just a thought
