  1. Thought paolis had gone, if thats the case the bike is looking ever more like a sherco parts bin bike than ever. I cant get my head round who would buy it unless it was a xispa/xpa customer but it aint that cheap is it?

    live a little, learn alot.
  3. The catalans have never been big into bullfighting, there is only one bullring active presently so the ban is as much to do with the independence of the area as much as anything else.
  4. it does leak otherwise it wouldnt go down. does it pop on both sides when you put it on? if when completely submerged when you try to push the tyre off does it leak then? trying to help here. methodical approach should identify. are you still irc?
  5. if, and its a big if, it only goes down when riding then perhaps it is the tyre/rim size that is the problem. one bubble every 10 secs is a leak.
  6. perhaps the acu should choose btc riders for the tdn?
  7. sounds like you need to do the bubble test properly if the tyre is leaking you will see,it if its the rim you will see it.Simple
  8. points flat and shiny? new plug?
  9. if you have a normal 15 socket it needs to be ground to give clearence to get in.
  10. my 03 stator failed after 4 hours
  11. as an over 50 rider i found this a lovely bike and really quite soft. 1st is low as well but long. i am guessing but i think the extra weight may be your problem.......
  12. yes i do, its only 3 screws. there is this common misconception it some how transforms the power, when all it does is slow down pick up a little but does exactly the same at the other side making the motor run on. unless you have next to zero throttle control my opinion from owning one of these bikes the quicker shut off and therefore less use of the clutch and brake to slow down is a real advantage. dont get me wrong its horses for courses but try the weight off it may work for you.
  13. please give it a try without the extra weight, its a 5 minute job but much better when you shut off.
  14. that is unusual as if it holds at 4 it usually holds when riding.
  15. my mistake i thought you said it went down when you dropped the pressure to 4, just before riding. SO, if you leave it at 4 in the garage for a day or so does it drop or not? if all the guys are saying its an irc problem best do some measuring or put the old one back on?
  16. try the spring extenders a part available from beta, this will help. the weight taken off will stop over run a litlle reducing the need for you to use the clutch so much. try it you may like it. Beware screws are soft and need the EXACT PHILLIPS DRIVER.

exactly correct, install carefully and squarely its the best way to use this gasket.
  18. you are not being logical. if the tyre deflates from 4 to 0 it is loosing air, underwater this will show itself as bubbles.Slowly, very slowly. I have had this where maybe only two spokes show it and it may take up to ten secs for the bubble to form. at higher psi its probably the opposite of what one thinks as the pressure can help seal the band. get a big enough vessel to immerse half the tyre and look carefully.
  19. the snap on franchises carry them not snap on so not ridiculous price in uk.
  20. they should be anyway. if not why not?
  21. hope your wife can't see this...........
