Anybody going? Is it worth the long drive? How much is it to get in or is it free like a normal trial for spectators? Never been before but thought it might be an interesting day out and thought i might camp overnight if it was worth it. Let me know your experiences guys

Hello people. Anyone know where I can get a rear sprocket for a british hub co with cush drive? In the process of rebuilding an old James Captain K7 with a villiers 32a engine. What would be the best sprocket size. The current home made welded steel job has got 72 teeth which I thought to be very high. I thought 58-62 would have been more realistic. Any thoughts info would be appreciated. Cheers. Paul.

Some help please guy's. I have just had a British hub co hub c/w with cushdrive assembly restrung with stainless spokes and a new Morad 2.15 alloy rim. All looks lovely with new sprocket and hub powder coated etc etc. However when offered into the James Captain K7 frame and swingarm with the rear drive sprocket aligned to the engine sprocket, the centre of the tyre is about 1" offset to the right of the frame, making the wheel offset to the centre line of the frame. There is an element of adjustment that I have made with spacers etc, but to get the wheel centralised to the centre line of the frame means that the chain is misaligned to the engine drive sprocket. Hi Guy's. Just looking at which length of rear supension units You guy's think are best on the "Otter's" that you ride? Do you think that 13" that is specified, are best, or 13 1/2" or even 14"? Knowing that the length of these also alters the steering head angle. Let me know, I am very interested which units you think are best, and what also is the best make to use in your opinion? Can anyone tell me what the timing (fully advanced) should be on a BSA B25? I can’t remember what I used to set it too! I’ve set it to 33° but not starting very well (seems ok when running but backfires when I close the throttle) its always been a good starter

hey after looking to bild an ariel i've changed my mind, it wil be a B40 what frame options are there? (prefer oil in frame) i would like to bild something like Martin Wilmore's bsa (not the super special one that looks like a sherco) advise on the engine is very welcome to i would like it to be powerful, smooth and high reving (like my sherco) and the clutch must be good does anyone have email adress of M. It has been bored out to a 185 and had a electronic ignition fitted and a mikuni carb any advice to make it pick up faster

Hi, I am looking for some information/ advice on a B25, what gearing? What oil?, what carb, recommended mods if any

hi GUYS i am at my wits end with my b25,i have now re built it for the second time,starts fine runs sweet and then as it warms up Awfull big end clatter. Theres good oil return to the tank. If i let it cool for a while it starts sweet again and then this orrible noise. Any ideas or should i set light to it.

Has anyone got any advice regards cam followers on a B25, I'm pretty sure I've got one sticking that releases then drops making a metal on metal sound, or they're touching each other, the noise is only there when the engine gets hot.

OK, so next question on the beezer :-) How do you remove the clutch operating arm from the drive that moves the push rod, is it a screw fix or taper? Thanks

Hi I am wanting to apply for v5 for my bsa b40, the frame has four numbers stamped on the headstock is that right ? Any help would be appreciated.

Can you help me with fitting a cub hub in a set of b50 front forks? Do you have to make a new spindle or are there other ways around it? Is it a good idea too cut my c15 frame to raise the engine for more ground clearance? do I live with it or go for a faber frame? Any help much appreciated.

Just aquired a BSA B40, and advised by previous owner that the bike will need a oil change. Can you lot please help with the following. 1. engine, Gearbox & Primary oil type. 2. quantity of oil required. Thanks in advance.

Could anybody tell me what to look out for on a 1964 BSA B40T. The sprocket is welded to the hub, at first i thought this was a bodge, since found out that they were originally made this way, is this true ? Would another hub (that takes a bolted sprocket) fit ? Ifso, which ? Gaff.
