Well, I now have four OSSAs in the garage. (One is a restoration project). we did some trading and I now have the 2014 Factory 300 that has been talked about a bit. I didn't have much trouble starting it, but I'm going to do my 'super easy start' mod anyway. I'll check the mixture and all that stuff too. Certainly more power than my Explorer, but it is heavier also. I'm not exactly sure how I'll set it up- some sort of 'long range' seat/tank likely the Betas have I think. I'd like to try one of those and see if they fit. Mark

Can any body tell me if the 76 OSSA MAR was available with a black frame? I am starting the restoration on one and it is painted black. All the pictures I have seen seem to show a silver frame. Either way can you advise the paint type/ colour? I'm also after speedo and lights.

As it say. I’ve wear in a 2011 linkage. Not stripped nothing yet but what are my options? Top tips on ripping it all apart? Can I use bearings instead of bushes? Am I likely to need pins etc? Do these parts even exist now? If worst comes to the worst, I might see if I can get all the parts re made and to use bearings and seals instead.

Hi All, Might be scary that I'd have to ask this but, this is my first Ossa so... Anyway, can some please tell me where the transmission oil fill location is on a '72 MAR? The drain was pretty straight forward, I think...big plug on the bottom, right? Fill location is not so evident. I understand the volume is 800cc-1000cc. Thanks in advance, Shoe

Not sure if this has been posted up here, as I ain't seen it, but seems Sergio has mave it over to the factory and got some nice pic's and some videro up on his site. I was goin to comment on a few the pics, but I see he has them coptrighted and such, and you just need to see them all anyways. I see a lot of really cool stuff there. Seems they are doing a top job on things. The design is radical by most standards, but at the same time, I likee a lot of things about it, and as an old Ossa fan, well, It does make one a bit proud that they are doing it! If nothing else,it is just friggin cool! Ck this out!

Hi all, I need advice about getting shims for the crankshaft on my Gripper 350. The bike had a nasty banging sound when I got it. After opening we found the crankshaft had to much movement (left to right) and the weight has been rubbing on the clutch side cover. We suspected worn mains and I have oppend up to change them. Now having dismateld I have found that one of the shims on the crank is so badly worn that its breaking up. On one side there are 2 shims and on the other there´s just one but I think this may be orig. as they did them individualy as far as I know. Anyone got an idea where I can get replacement shims from ?

Hey I bought this bike in spring which is my first trials bike and I love the sport but I feel that I bought the wrong bike. After a handful of rides the bike started clicking while in gear, almost as if the bike wants to shift up. Even in neutral the bike clicks if you spin the countershaft. I removed the transmission and found some gears worn down and a chip off another. I sent the transmission to lewis sport but after a handful of rides it went right back to the same problem but now when shifting it sometimes doesnt click into gear properly. you can move the shifter up and down and it normally shifts cleanly but once and a while it gets stuck and you have to shift …
