i mainly run on rocky terrain, i am about 16 stone and i set my pressures at 7 psi front 5 psi rear . when the event is mainly mud i drop 1/2psi depending on how snotty it is.

there's no wonder there are so many mechanical questions on here about bikes stopping at trials, everybody spends all week in the garage on thier boots !

yes, anti-freeze is essential as it contains other properties that stops internal corrosion of the cases , pumps ect.

join the horsforth club and ues there practice land. no chance of being hit by some pikey on a 10 year old MXer with no brakes. varied terain and very slippy in the wet !

most large trade motor factors will have selection of generic hoses in stock, different sizes bends ect., if you get a friendly one i am sure they will let you buy a few to take home and try then return what you dont need.

qualcast mower light, it does suffer from the clippings sticking to the residue though.
