correct and I didnt win the bet !- Tyre Comes Of Rim
If you have put another hole in the tape for the second valve my money is now on thats your problem. Try something like instant gasket to seal around the hole before fitting the valve- Tyre Comes Of Rim
This usually happens when the tyre is punctured or if the pressure is too low. Dont go below 4psi I dont know if Vee rubber tyres are any good, is it a tubless tyre ? when you had a tube type tyre did you machine the rim to take off the tubless lip ? if so you need a new rim. how have you managed to fit a second valve ?- Fantic 243 With Grimeca Brakes - Which Fluid?
You may be able to do this which I did with a Beta Rev 3 which has the master cylinder on the right and the caliper on the left. remove the whole system from the bike and use some screws to attach it to a plank of wood. You should be able to line the whole system up so the little resevoir is at the top of the system and the caliper is at the bottom. you need to get the angle of the master cylinder correct so that fliud is flowing up to the little resevoir. you can then back bleed it by forcing the pistons into the caliper and this should force air to the top., use a ball ended alan spanner to work the master cylinder to push the pistons back out. should work in a couple of goes, if not the seals are gone somewhere. The 303 I had years ago did two sets of master cylinder seals in 6 months.- Txt Pro Exhaust Problem
it could be done but its not the best idea. you silencer will have rubber orings in the joint between silencer and mid box. If you weld it on you wont ever be able to change them again.- Video Of Fujinami's Clean At Section 15
I think he deserved the win for his approach to section 15 alone never mind doing the last lap for 5. pure entertainment and great to see somebody with such an approach at the top.- Just An Observation.... Wtc Fw
The only thing that was dissapointing about the whole weekend was the attitude of some of the top riders and minders to the observers. I was at section 4 during the first lap on Sunday and thought Bou's behaviour was appaling after his five. The minders in general ignored the observers instruction for as long as possible to get out of the section. There was only really two places to warrant catching in the section and thats the only places they should have been to be honest. The spectators wouldnt like to miss the riders riding but the solution probably is to dish out some fives.- Xispa Rebranded?
- Powder Coating Wears Frame Numbers?
I think I know the bike in question and the family selling it. Buying bikes privately is always a risk and people are right to be cautious. I'm not telling anyone to buy it thats entirely their decison. The frame has been shot blasted and then powder coated this I understand has made the frame number almost impossible to see. the engine has been painted but I'd think if you scratch off the paint you'll find an engine number. I can tell you I have known that family for 30 years and they are well known and respected in the trials community I can tell you where they live I can tell you the dealer who supplied the bike when new its not stolen. the problem the current owner has and why i'm posting this is having done his best to prepare the bike for sale he's not going to be able to sell it to anyone if we all report we think its likely to be nicked. If anyone wants any information PM me by all means.- Dents, How To Remove?
I tought incidents like this led to the invention of stickers ?- 07 300 Kick Shaft Seal
apparently this does happen on some bikes, get a new seal and fit with silkaflex to stop it coming out.- Sam Oliver (spring 2010)
very nice riding !!! ?? Sam your riding in that video is absolutely brilliant. well done ! I know nowt about taking videos so i'll leave that to bigfoot- Pro G'box Oil.

Gas Gas provide different thickness base gaskets, mine now has a 1mm base gasket I think std is 0.5mm or 0.8mm. Gasket is only- Gas Gas 4t ?
no shortage of 4rt issues nowadays... have a look at the Montesa / mobile generator / 4rt forum sure gas gas bikes dont last forever but nothing else does either sure they last longer but maybe because nobody above clubman seems to ride one ?- Trials Is Like A Box Of Chocolates

- Orange Ossa Question
spent my teenage years tripping over hundereds of ossa 1 piece tank /side panel units that we couldnt give away and now you want one When Peter Quinn bought out the remaining stock of ossa parts fron Cliff or Roger Holden there were loads of different tanks which had been made included in the parts. I think from the factory they had the one peice unit, and as woody and others have said in the 70's and early 80s UK bikes had to have alloy tanks so they were made seperately for the UK. There were also a number of smaller tank units made by Quinns to make the bike look a little smaller as in club trials you never had to fill up during the event. All of the tanks and remaining parts were sold to mainly spanish mc/s I think and thats the guy who was probably selling them at Stoneleigh. Cheers- '09 Sherco Race 125, More Problems With Clutch!
which oil are you using ? My 2007 did this when it was new but the problem went away when I changed the oil. I used to get the best results using standard 10/40 motor oil. This made the clutch a little slower but stopped the juddering. you can use ATF but it makes the clutch too quick in my view. is the clutch basket ok ?- Ssdt Video
