old lass started first pop when I finished though.
-
As long as I get them by email they'll be on the front page each night or first thing next morning.
Start field was filling up with campers when I left tonight at 8.00pm, one lot had brought a hot tub.
-
Here's another then.
Photos taken on Sunday whilst we were flagging out, it was a bit too hot & so not very clear. If you go to the right place on the right day you can see both the East & West coastlines from up there. Riders note! If it's foggy going along where photo #2 is taken, keep right, it's a fair way down.
-
Here's a view you'll miss seeing then.
-
must be stacks of old car roof boxes about, couldn't you fake one of those up to fit?
-
For a man of your financial resources, no problem!
-
I never tried bumping mine off, perhaps it's because it never stalls?
-
Well I think there's something in the system that kills both gas & spark because when I removed the new plug I put in it neither had a hint of gas (both smell or taste) & when checking for spark with the plug grounded there was no spark.
Hasn't done it again.

We run a steady little Trial in October which has 76 different sections all in one day, reg's will be out in early August. We also are running 3 days of 120 different sections next weekend but the entry for that's been full for months.
-
that one's been readvertised 2 or 3 times in the last month, at that money it'll do a few more as well.
-
Our hotel booker discovered this when he could have rooms of his choice at the Flask Inn, all sorted though as the Landlord confirmed the correct dates.
-
That's how most folk are left feeling the first time they meet Highland Lassie
-
& I can confirm that I'm not even entering.
-
It's no problem Ishy you can ride our 3 Day & then watch the Hawkstone round the weekend after.
-
-
Can someone please confirm the date of this years event?
-
I know about the switch, it's a pain in the a*** for stopping your bike when you lay it on the floor when you have a gate to shut.
-
the new plug was dry & didn't even smell of gas when I removed it for inspection.
-
After 5 months or so & more miles than most 4rt's will do in 2 years my bike wouldn't start tonight. With a long days course sorting for our 3 day ahead tomorrow I was less than happy. After much kicking & cursing I decided to change the plug, it had been in since Easter & with an SSDT under it's belt I thought a new one would do the trick. More kicking & cursing the sodding thing still wouldn't start. I decided to walk away at this point, after 10 minutes I went back into the garage to get my manual for a read up on it & thought B*****ks to it I'll have another go, it fired up 3rd kick.
Why the hell wouldn't it start the first time?
Both plugs were totally dry when I removed them to have a look. (The old plug doesn't look much worse than new anyway)
I know that kick kick kick like you would a 2 stroke wasn't working so that's why I walked away. I know that relax & push slowly is the only way these things start.
The only thing I know that is different to normal is that the bike was laid on it's side on the floor for a couple of hours mid week, surely this can't be a factor?
-
According to the parts book the clutch plate pack is different.
-
Well lets hope you like becks both dry & running with water then. Don't forget you midge repellant as the little sods were rapant up there tonight.
Regs & details for both the A/B & C/D rounds will be available soon, don't forget the dates are the 19th & 20th of August not as per the ACU calendar.
-
This one has my vote too as it's a common problem particularly if a bike has stood for some time.
-
All these very sensible people using wierd & wonderful ways to knock a tyre off when most of them have the talent to knock up a bit of kit just like dabsters. One a mate of mine made earlier:-
It needs so little pressure to work it my 6 year lad could knock a tyre off.
-
Yes but he's actually right is how I voted, he must have realy f****d up the aliens that abducted him.
-
I saw one of that model Gasser folded in half, the lad had hit a ditch when at full chat in sixth.
