Luckily I live in a farming community and they still sell non ethonal to the farmers.
They only seal or rubber that has ever swell was the gasket for the needle valve. For the life of me I could not get the float set correctly on a rebuild.
-
Your TRS states no ethonol so the tank does not swell.
-
It will destroy your tank, then the carb.
-
Was this the video you watched? The 2018 rr and on are different, so Al had a different issue.
-
Maybe replace the spacer with another spring?
-
By the way, those actually unscrew off the fork leg. So you can do the fork seal without taking the whole fork apart.
-
Those are probably Hebo brand forks. Seals you can find easily. Takes 299cc 5wt.
I forget what size they are, just pop one out.
-
The plates are stuck together. Try rocking it back and fourth in an upper gear before you start it. If you have plenty of room, just ride it around with the clutch in for a few minutes and it usually frees itself

I was being kind in this thread. I have not replaced a comeplete Pro transmission since 2013 and that was on a 6 month old bike.
-
Hey, that was pretty good!
-
If the rims are not tubeless, then always run rim locks.
-
Things don`t always work smoothly on new bikes. I had a brand new `95 Fantic Section that would not shift up at all. Ended up splitting the engine. The shift fork had a blue heat mark in it. Nothing found other wise. Replaced the shift fork since the importer supplied a new one. The bike never had another issue. Things happen.
-
You bought an E Pure before you learned how to ride? Electrics are not kind.
-
That must be som one elses bike in the pic, its not a Pro motor, frame or wheels.
-
Do the new bikes stll have the eccentric adjustment? Just curious.
-
Inexpensive, if under warranty.
-
Well that is not the PRO model. That is a contact.
-
I just got back from jet skiing for a week. Nobody has a reply? The early SHercos would spin the mains in the case. I would do a complete tear down.
The fix is ti peen the bearing location on the cases to get it to hold.
-
You do not have enough free play and when it heats up it starts slipping. You obviously have the levrs stopped from going back out.
If you have small hands you can slightly grind down the end of the push pins.
-
-
Setting it to torque is probably how they became broke. They are pinch bolts, it does not need to be cranked down.
-
That has not been available for years. Reggie you are looking at a very old listing.
-
The only way it could enter the carb is if the engine vent was connected to it. Take more pictures.
-
Yes, retired and just doing trials schools.
-
Where have you been, there is no Ryan.
