  2. My trailer needs some new tyres, but I don’t know if I need tubed or tubeless. currently I have one of each! Is there any difference in the rims? I would normally just buy some new rims and tyres but they are odd ones with the bearings in the wheel!

We have bought a van to transport the Vertigo. Does anybody have any recommendations for wheel chocks or a way to hold the bike. We did look at one that holds by the foot pegs but aren't sure it works with Trials Bikes. Its called the MX Lock and load. Anybody used it or anything like it?

Always used bike trialer but recently purchased as new bike rack. I have an Astra Sxi coupe and a Beta bike which seems ok on back of car but the bike seems to move somewhat to me ie flexing of the rack i guess. Is this ok i dont believe it will hit the car but i feel uncomfortble with the moving and find myself looking in the rear view mirror with dread.

Looking to downsize to a smaller van, like a Caddy or Connect? Can you get a bike easily into the SWB Versions of each, with wheel turned Will 2 bikes fit? I am plumping for a 2 litre Caddy, but the new Connect is hard to ignore as it's a lot cheaper Anybody got experience of either brands?

Hi, i am looking at getting a Nissan Vannette and have been told the Serena Mpv is the same vehicle. Does anybody use one of these, how easy is it to remove all the seats to get a bike in? I like the idea of 8 seats every now and again for weekends away, not looking for speed. They seem to be cheaper than the vans on e-bay and obviously much better equipped. Was going for the 2.3 diesel engine. Thanks for any advice. Jim

I’ve just tied up an old bike trailer, and have replaced lights, tyres, some welding and a fresh paint job. But it has no chassis plate, I’m guessing it’s a homebuilt or modified small trailer Whats the law on not having a chassis plate on an old trailer?

Just after a little help, I'm in the process of doing my bike test with the intention of putting my bike on the road ( hopefully make it a little easier to get around and keep the boys in blue happy ). I was hoping that someone would be able to point me in the right direction. I apologise if this topic has been posted before but for the life of me I couldn't find anything on it. Thanks Tim

Spent some time with a trailer manufacturer to design a trailer for our trials, enduro and road bikes. Criteria was... Single axle with disc brakes, 1400kg capacity, tare weight around 500kg, longish drawbar with big gear box and lockable, wide ramp to ride bikes into trailer, fully enclosed. 2 bike capacity normal with 4 in when needed, recessed tie-down pionts as we want to sleep inside at trials events and not stub toes, fully painted outside and underneath, new wheels and tyres not second hand, led lights and full registration for road. We have achieved our goal and it came in just over $10,000 aussie or about $7000 eurodollars. We will mainly use the trailer for …

I want to sell a registration number off a trials bike and when enquiring about insurance to be able to tax the bike I came across ebike insurance pay as you go. As I only want to insure the bike to tax it to be able to transfer the number this seems a good/ cheap way to get around it. Any one know about this as I have not heard about it before. Not had a road bike for a long while, things have changed. Thanks in advance.

Hello I just bought a "Well used" 97 Boxer and now I am planning to rebuild the interiour. This is the long and high type witch makes the space about 330cm long, somehow under 180cm wide and some over 180cm high. What I would like to have is of course space for two bikes, 2-4 beds and seats for 3 (in addition to the three in front). Someone have any ideas on how to do it? -Jan
