Vertigo

Hi all, I just bought a 2020 Vertical 200. It was advertised as a 200 and it has a 200 sticker on the rear fender. Interestingly, the original Titile of origin says it is a 125 and the motor is stamped with a 125 code. Does any know if there is any way to verify this bike is actually 200cc ?

Are the regina chains on vertigo prone to rust??

I want to exchange the stock spring of the rear shock against a stiffer one. After looking into the spare parts book and reviewing the assembly directly at the bike, the plan would be: - Loosen both screws DIN 912 M10x80 holding the dog bones - Remove the rear screw of them completely and swivel the dog bones in order to be able to loose and remove the screw DIN 7984 M10x40 that fixes the lower end of the rear shock - Remove the upper screw and the rear shock Does this make sense or do other parts need to be disassembled first in the area of the lower end of the rear shock? hi. I haven't found the Shoba triangle yet. It's been welded and used temporarily. I feel uneasy. I asked the Japanese dealer to get the parts, but he doesn't care. So I need a site where I can get parts. I live in South Korea. Please let me know.

Hi I have 2020 Vertical 250 . I have the Get system & have played about with adjustments, but can’t get that softness at initial throttle opening I would like. Slightly retarding ignition wld normally achieve this , like I did on previous bikes plus on my old 240 Fantic , on Vertigo this just produces engine braking!! I know on Gas Gas they fit low compression heads to smooth out bottom end & Beta lads have put extra base gasket on 300 s to do the same . So my ? Is , I think they do a low compression for 300 but not 250 ? Has anyone tried extra base or head gasket ? If u do base or head gasket ,is any re-programming needed ? Thanks

It's on eBay, but it's impossible to ship domestically. There is a Motul inugel available in South Korea. Is there any motul product that I can use?

Hi all , I have noticed my 2017 ice hell is getting louder , as with other bikes I have owned I would normally just repack the exhaust but to me it looks sealed and have just fell over with price of new one just shy of £600 . anybody else had this problem?? Any ideas ?

Recently bought a brand new 'used' 2017 Vertigo Fajardo 250 with literally an hour or two max on the clock, lucky me. Anyway, lovely bike but one question about the chain link fastener. It is mounted on the inside of the chain? I have never seen that on a motorbike before. Looks like a pain in the ass to change and was wondering why they chose this 'design"? What's the reasoning behind this akward location.

After reading the manual I don’t see any mention of any fuel filter . Is there any? , is it a serviceable ?

Anyone tried a Vertigo 200? I am enjoying the Beta 200 as is easy to ride on Clubman midlands sections. I have not met a Vertigo 200 owner and wondered what owners/ test ride opinions are.

I have a 2017 250 fajardo replica and the kickstart stop pins had fallen out of place in my clutch side and had lodged themselves in between various places in the case, thank god no major damage was done, however with new ones installed I’m trying to put it back together with no luck, especially from the kickstart assembly, any tips or tricks or do I need to take the clutch basket out, and if so how? thanks in advance

I have a 2019 Vertigo Vertical 300 and I would like to try the 2020 Vertical 300 map. It would be great to compile a database of maps that the Vertigo owners can share and try. This forum allows the upload of the map file format. I found a good instruction video that is posted below. The WiGet app for the GET Ecu makes it very easy to share maps. hi fancying going back to 2t from a 300rr montesa and have been looking at the vertigo but iv spoke to a few people who have said steer clear they are too unpredictable nice to ride but they've had loads of problems with theres any advice before i buy would be helpful thanks

My local Vertigo dealer has a 2019 Vertigo DL12 Dougie Replica 300cc for sale. Half year old, very little time on it. So basically it is like new. Is it that much better than a standard Vertigo or just a marketing thing (limited edition - 50 made worldwide / other color decals / titanium silencer)? I currently ride a 2017 Montesa 300RR, i might consider the Vertigo. Any help is appreciated. Greetz Erik

Hi, I'm the proud owner of a 2nd hand 2019 DL 250. I'm new to the brand and am discovering the fan is a little noisy. I've been told by the importer that this is normal for vertigos. I also know the prior owner and am told this is normal from him as well. I'm looking at testing some aftermarket options that are quieter. I want to disrupt the existing wiring loom as little as possible, so I'm looking to acquire some of these connectors so I can test out a few options. Anyone know what they are called or where I can get some? Regards, David.
