Problem With Fan On Beta Evo 300 2012
Have you had the bike from new? Does it have coolant? And is it hot out since we do not know your location. Need to check if the thermostat is bypassed. Always running is not so bad unless the water pump is bad!

Cota 200 Issues
Actually the bike looks great. You`ve had the 520 conversion, as the bike had a 428 originally. The chain tubes would make it look more original, but it was quite a clutter of things with the mount coming off the rear axle. Nice handling bikes, have fun!

What Did You Do To Your Fantic Twin Or Mono Shock Today !
I `made ` a new air filter for my 1990 247. I just started it last week. It had been rescued from 7 years outdoors! Cleaned the carb, changed the oil and it started the third kick!

Piston Inspection
The piston looks fine, As he said does the thing spark. Leave the plug out, but in the cap. Ground it to the motor and kick to see spark. Always be careful not to start it on fire!

Fork Oil Txt 2001
Jon , the first time I had that happen was a 2001 321. Ever since I assemble them collapsed. Of course it had to happen in a trials!

Fork Oil Txt 2001
The forks will stick down if they weren`t centered on assembly. I take it you disassembled the forks? I install the bottom bolt with the forks collapsed to center them.

None Stop! The Start Of The End! Whats It Solved? Rubbish.
Nice post, you are right for most riders. And most people do not understand where the rules came from. Clubs should follow the NATC and the NATC should follow the world, but some where along the way everybody became totally lost!! Either the no-stop rules need to be adjusted to work.(Maybe check out ITSA rules http://twinshock.org...module_id=10801) Or the opposite to go with indoor rules outdoor, but with such a strict time limit that it would look like no stop riding. This changing the rules back and cross ways has ruined the sport! It used to be not so hard to understand, have we all been dumbed down so much we have no sense left? My son and I just volunteered to score at TTC for the world round. So instead of just blowing smoke, I`ll get to reply back on how the `rules` are working! And to Zippy one of our 18 year olds from our club is going to ride!!!!! So it should be exciting! Also Zippy all it takes is one or two riders to do well in the Nationals to open the flood gates to the rest!

Cutting Out Help
Check the gas cap / vent. Also there was a post by Sting somewhere here about the needle valve falling apart and causing a lean condition.

95' Section Torque Specs On Crank Nut
No Loctite, Sorry no torque specs, always used air. Flywheels rarely come loose unless the key shears. Fantic never had much service info.

Ngk Plug Pr5Es Vs Br5Es
It takes a bpr5es not b5es. The `P` stands for projected tip. It is slightly longer at the tip.

None Stop! The Start Of The End! Whats It Solved? Rubbish.
All the newbies hate no-stop (which are the correct rules forever) All the real trials riders hate the all day dab. (If you try to ride well, you can be beat by a guy with less skill). And now we are back to `it depends on who`s scoring`. Make it simple. Outdoor rides with the same rules as indoor. Everyone can figure that out. Except with a very tight time limit. Not 1.5 minutes a section. How about 1 second for every two meters long each section is! Measured beforehand on the line of intent and marked at the start gate of each section. Ride no stop, time is on your side. If you just gotta hop, you are chancing a 5 not from the scorer but from that you are a slow rider!!

Beta 125 Clutch Stuck On
Rock the bike back and forth in 4th or fifth. Start it vback in nuetral. Make sure you have room to ride. If is still stuck ,ride around with the clutch in a apply the brakes for about ten minutes. If that don`t work ,try a small wheelie with the clutch pulled in. Good Luck!!!

Gas Gas 280 Pro Opinions
I said it is a terrible choice for a first bike. Hard hitting, quick handling and poor gripping are not 1st on a new riders list. If you paid any attention to my 3rd sentence you would know that I get along with it just fine. Lastly it is the worst bike made as for reliability. And the one`s that argue against that statement have not split the cases yet!

2012 Evo 300 Throttle
Your bike setup has to be wrong or some item of your riding gear must be catching. I have never heard of this before ?!

What Gearbox Oil '03 280 Txt Pro
400cc atf. If the clutch pull is hard, then the clutch was done wrong. Neutral is hard to find when running.

Gas Gas 280 Pro Opinions
Reality is it is a terrible first bike. A `04-`05 sherco or beta 200 or 250 would be better. Plus side is once you conquer the 280 you will hate everything else! The only thing that will cross over is the location of the controls! Have fun, and don't give up as it is the most fun on two wheels!

None Stop! The Start Of The End! Whats It Solved? Rubbish.
The scorers were too slack. And it did solve what they were after. The end of one man`s domination. Same as when the FIM came up with the all day dab. That was the `real` end of trials. History just repeating it self again. Wah!!!!!!!!!
