Good evening... Looking for help and any information/pictures for the wiring loom connections for the above bike. I have a loom, switch gear and front and rear light clusters. The previous keeper has just left the kill switch and nothing else... thanks in advance Gary

Anyone know how much oil goes in each leg ?

Good afternoon.... maybe the wrong place.....BUT... does anyone have a fuel system diagram or can point me to the web for the same.... TLR250-R 1986 Japanese model with the secondary fuel tank under the seat... I have fully cleaned, new filters, vacuum pump is priming but I’m not sure which route the fuel would go as I’ve now got an air lock and zero fuel in the float bowl... I have replaced the fuel pipes as they came off so perhaps the previous keeper has tried before help appreciated Gary

can anyone recommend mechanic in the stoke on trent area to help with my little honda tl125 running issue, its beating me at the moment.

just got hold of a honda tl125, but it does not run well, starts up without choke, but ticks over nicely from cold and revs well enough, but then once warm is all goes wrong, the idle revs increase when blipping the throttle, it starts to bog down and does not like being under load and then is hard to start, the plug is not sooty, initially i thought condenser so i have replaced this and the coil but its still does it, the points seem in good order and timing seems right. any help appreciated

I'm after the speedo drive gear which is a plastic on later than 1986 is metal .

I had my motor apart last year & put a new head gasket in & after i stopped riding i noticed a slight weeping in the front right hand corner of barrel / head, i rode it like this for awhile & just kept checking oil level even though it was loosing a minimum amount of oil. I don't like oil leaks so i took the motor down to my Mechanic who told me i needed to use three bond, he said he could do this for me, so i left the motor there with a brand new head gasket. I put the motor back in the bike last week & started it, i looked down & there was oil shooting out on to the pipe . I checked all the bolts & they were tight, I then took some photos &…

I recently found a 75 TL 250 and bought from the first owner. After cleaning the ground connection from the coil, the bike fired right up. Now I'm replacing what's worn out. Surprisingly, the toughest thing for me to find has been the guides cables run through to keep them from snagging. It's the one in the lower left of the pic. Local shop say 1975? nope! Thanks Dave

I bought a new Seeley (the black mudguard version) sometime around 1980(?) and have been a fan of them ever since. Spotted a good 'un for sale out here in France a few years back but didn't buy it. However, for some strange reason, I kept some photos of the bike and browsed through them earlier today in one of my 'delete unwanted photos' sessions. I think I'll keep 'em. Would be interesting to see other members' Seeley photos as I think there were a few different versions over its limited production run. Or am I wrong as usual? Anyway, a couple of snaps...

I am just finishing the total restoration of a 1976 Honda TL 125 SE, with the original Miller 150cc conversion in a Miller Highboy frame. The clutch is virtually the same as the TLR and it's variants. All the clutch components are the ones that came with the bike, apart from new clutch springs, clutch cable and clutch lever, which have been renewed. I have checked that no components are missing, using exploded diagrams on the CMS website The clutch did work before the restoration, but the cable was badly frayed inside the sheath and the clutch arm was dragging against the exhaust pipe - both now rectified. Hi I am in the process of completely rebuilding a 1976 Honda TL 125se. The basic design of the motor is similar/exactly the same in many respects to the Honda TLR. There is a rubber oil seal in the oil way of the barrel. The TL shares this same part. Anyone know what it does? There is a company selling something called a clutch lightener on Ebay for the TLR200 and other bikes. Looks to be an extension of the clutch arm. Worth installing?

Can anyone point me in the direction of a basic wiring diagram for a 1976 Honda TL 125se engine. I have renewed everything excepts the generator. I made detailed records and took photos, but I have no spark, so something is amiss. I need a diagram that does not include the battery, lights and horn etc. Thanks in anticipation

Good Evening Having not been on here before I'm in the middle of putting my TLR200 back together and I'm looking for a Plastic Speedo Drive gear . There are two types from what I'm lead to believe upto 1986 was plastic and after 1986 its metal . I was wondering if anyone out there has one please?
