I have been trying to figure out how the Xispa did in the SSDT. Even with the wonderful internet it took me until today to find out they did infact finish the event. On the xispa site there is a small blurb about the event. Xisap says " only problem with the bike was a broken kick start return spring" the riddder also ran out of gas on sat pm and then there was a time problem which excluded them from placing but they did complete the course. It also said on friday pm they were in 109th position. Nice to see it finished to course, good work, look forward to see where the bike goes from here.

Has anyone actually seen one of these beasties in the flesh yet ? Anyone ridden one yet ? All I've seen is the pic in the latsest YOU HAVE USED WORDS OR A PHRASE WHICH ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THIS WEBSITE. PLEASE DELETE YOUR POST/TOPIC. DO NOT TRY TO CIRCUMVENT THE FILTERS IN PLACE ON THIS WEBSITE and it doesn't look like a cheap chinese build. On that note, it was a cheap chinese DNA 110 that started my son off on his passion for two wheels and it lasted pretty well considering the abuse it got. It now acts as a donor for whatever's needed apart from the nuts and bolts, they were made of chocolate and the dog ate them Back to the subject.......Xispa........125........…

I felt it were time to finally ask this question and start a new topic. Euros, Pounds, Dollars, ect... Whats the price on one of these? I heard a rumor this weekend from a trials nut that it was around 6 to 7 grand new here in the states. I thought i read some where that it was about 4000 euros. I find it hard to find prices next to bikes at times in the trials world. --Biff

As they seem to be quite rare I thought I'd revive this with a sighting of another one for sale on eBay. Item number 133052207044 It looks quite tidy too ! "Xispa 250cc, 2009, almost unused, mint condition, no known faults, tuned by “Al the spanner” for soft power, Paoli suspension, very light, ready to go, owner 78" Who is Al the spanner ?!

Just bought one for the lad...the model designation is 25, but, I've never even seen a 25cc engine...maybe in a weed whacker. I guess it's a 50. Sweet little bike, but I'm guessing they are very rare. I hope it never needs parts. Anybody know anything about them?

Funny litle press release received tonight with details on an XPA 300. Changed logos, changed company name, changed details, changed pretty much everything and sent on behalf of Alta Motor Group. They're not sponsors of TC and therefore not legible for full-on publicity so I'm not going to publicise the full release, but it's an interesting change of tactics...
