  1. I was told on here the screw can be either a fuel or air adjuster depending on its location. If its on the bellmouth side of the tower its air, on the Reed block side its fuel (I think). It's location reverses the in/rich, out/weak adjustments.
  2. Other countries must be bearing the costs, venue, promotion, insurance, admin all have price, but we also have a bit of an everything at profit attitude. Italy was going to have an Italexit then changed its mind at the thought of having to pay to see the world round, which is a complete lie that I made up, but what else would you expect to hear from a politician like me, which is another lie.
  3. Then pop it in the oven for 20 minutes on gas mark 3, serve with chips.
  4. I couldn't tell any difference switching between either position on my 250 Beta's. I had a Gas Gas that switched from rain to sun which definitely didn't work because when I rode in the rain and switched to sun it continued p****** down.

    Beta evo clutch

I improved mine by buying a Gas Gas. Maybe Beta should fit the same type.
  6. I must have been lucky with 3 I've had, neutral was easily found, unlike Beta's I had. You may need to check the clutch components.

New swinging arm cos the old one were loads of bother?
  8. My road bike is a modern anachronism that came fitted with tubes.
  9. I've used both on the inside, one acting as a locking nut. Also had just one on the inside with no problems. I don't put one on the outside in either case, this is to allow the valve to flex and avoid shearing from the tube in case of tyre creep. The high speed risks and loadings may be lower than on a road bike.
  10. As above, or the pan sponge from the kitchen sink.
  11. All of us have never ridden a trials bike at some point. Have fun.
  12. Being naturally dopey, I would feel victimised.
  13. Had 02 Expert non turbo diesel, flat as a witch's tit and thirstier than turbo, but less to go bang. Exhaust, discs, intermittent starting, wind noise from side doors, underside rust killed it, the rest of the bodywork holds up well as the steels plated. Good enough for 2 even 3 trials bikes, painfully uncomfortable passenger seats. Bought a Fiat Doblo and it's superb for 1 bike, never tried 2 in.
  14. I had same problem with a correct short part of the spoke, I ended up taking the wheel off and loosened all spokes to get it started, the re-trued. I hope someone found an easier way.
  15. If it's powered by DC you might have reversed polarity if the cables were reconnected the wrong way.
  16. Do a continuity test on the switch terminals with the engine cold/off.

    BOOTS!

Had a few Sidis, they're sized a bit small, go a size up to allow for hardening/shrinking after getting soaked and your feet will stay warmer with a bit of air trapped inside. I've had no problem with Forma Boulders, I like the extra height on the shins compared to Sidis, for the price they're a good boot that I have totally abused for nearly 3 years without any bother.
  18. Wot he said. While it's stripped down that far do a good job and you shouldn't need to repeat again for years.
  19. About time, you'll wonder why you didn't start earlier. By the way, you've bought one of my favourite trials bikes.
  20. When new mine had about 6mm / 1/4" of free play at end of the swinging arm
