had my raptors on bike well over twelve months now and still like new yes expensive but last forever and can take them with you when you change bikes cant do that with a tyre which you have to change regular

i advertised my scorpa on the site and sold it eventually but had a lot of people trying to do deals from other countries (ie send my a cheque for lots more money than asking price and then send them the difference) so be very carefull who you are dealing with

ive used all 3 types as mentioned but regina snapped after 6 months iris was ok but streched quickly and was always adjusting it, best by far is the renthal gold r1 chain on bike for 12 months now and still brilliant i would always pay the extra

i was just the same when i first used a rack but you will get use to it and your confidence will improve the more you use it, just make sure you strap the bike on well and forget about it, i always put a strap across the middle of the bike and down to the rack, another strap around the back wheel and upright, and a strap from the handelbars down to the rack near the front wheel never had the bike touch the car and always in the same position when i get to the trial

i had same problem on my 03 scorpa changed seals and was ok for a couple of trials then it did it again put new master cylinder in and it was fine after, a bit of a pig to get at though

the way you ride KINNELL you might as well take the forks out as it might improve your riding

Kinell is correct in saying 6004 2rs wheel bearings which are standard for most makes of trials bikes :agree:

according to bradford club website there is a strong possibilty that we are going back to the non-stop rules but as normal the ACU always like to do there own thing why do we have to be different than the rest of europe lets all have the same rules and give our riders a better chance in the european championships. i know from observing at hawkstone and british championship's which are much easier to observer and there is less arguing with the stop rule of no points but still would like to see non-stop rules back as i think it is much more skillfull

i had an 03 for 2 years and only had one problem with back brake in all the time i owned it just change gear oil regular and clean filter now and again give it a clean after trial put away and always fire up no problem next time i used it. got beta now only beacause i fancied a change and scorpa is the only other make of bike i would have if i was getting a new one

DEPENDS ON WHAT TERRAIN YOU USUALLY RIDE ON IF ITS ROCKS I WOULD USE MICHELIN BUT MUD MAINLY IT WOULD BE A IRC IM TRYING A DUNLOP AT MOMENT AND THIS SEEMS PRETTY GOOD SO FAR

always had the same problem with my beta but now put a small strap around clutch lever and pull onto bar grip and leave like this while stored never had problem since

a mate of mine drowned his Scorpa (best thing for it) only joking, in a stream section after taking the advice of a very well known observer in the yorkshire group he told him to take a slightly wider line on a tight turn than we had all been taking, the stream was only about 8 inch deep but my mate took the wider line................and found out it was about 3 foot deep and promptly drowned the bike..........P dont know about you lot but we found it very funny i laughed so much i went into the same section and went straight over bars and broke my finger

i use a rack sometimes but now mainly use trailer when i use rack i put a ratchet strap onto the loop were the back wheel sits then over the seat area and down to the rack frame, then a strap around the back wheel and the upright and one strap from the handlebar down to the front wheel frame this keeps the bike away from the car and holds it very secure, also put a strap around clutch lever and pull it onto grip so that it cannot hit back window if you have to brake suddenly (windows aren't cheap) dont forget about a light board and number plate tho !!!!

its supposed to be a world championship so it should be treated as such. Why should the spanish always have the advantage by using the same sections as there championship and also lots more rounds than any other country. it probably wound't make much difference at the moment anyway to the overall outcome of the championship as i dont thinkl the 4 strokes can match the 2's anyway, but i would like to be proven wrong on this (come on Dougie & fugi) lets see how well raga and co do when they are all on the 4 strokes and then in my eyes it will be a true world championship with all riders on a level playing field

you should ask the trials rider at our trial yesterday he reversed into a passing car at a T junction and his bike was still strapped to the back of his car ooops!!!!

nar she didnt go mental she's a woman who spat the dummy out because the observer 5d her and then for here trouble she also got a yellow card 4 not moving out of the section ended up crying here eyes out now that was funny

ACU arent really bothered about trials as we are a minority sport with little income for the ACU, so they arent going to put a lot of effort into our sport, its a shame they dont put the same resources as the spanish do. as for TMX it should be called motox news as it tends to have much more articles on this

nice looking pegs......but similar to scorpa pegs in design which i found to clog up easily and dont take much to break them on rocks...... not much price difference to the raptor pegs which dont break
