Bob Forrest a member of the trials fraternity has sadly had his garage broken into in the early hours of this morning Saturday 6th April. He was at home in Leeswood near Mold, North Wales and heard a bang but didn't realise what was happening. His newly completed Faber framed B40 and his immaculate TLR with 1 piece tank/seat unit were ... stolen together with two helmets, his trials bum bag and many hand and power tools. A friend had a TY250 twin shock stolen white, frame number and engine number 483-300903 and his friends Fantic 301 with a twinshock conversion, so a fairly unique bike, colour Red, frame number is 7378 engine number 7445. Police think that they were an organised/planned thieft so if you hear of either of the bikes please let me know (matt12752000@yahoo.co.uk)...and maybe we can stop these nasty people that want to stop the rest of us honest people enjoying the things we work hard to buy! Hi i had 3 bikes stolen on June 14/15 Beta Rev 3,and 2 Gas Gas TXT 200's,The Beta Rev 3 has been spotted,at 3 different times for sale on Facebook,since Septemeber,October,and lastly last week also on Gumtree,Police was informed every time,and everytime,it's took them over 3 days to get back in touch,by the time the police got in touch,with the last seller,it had been sold on again.It was being sold from Rotherham,not 3 miles away.Chassis no for the Beta Rev 3 ZD389000020005751 Picture as was being sold on Facebook and Gumtree.

My 2002 Sherco was stolen from my locked garage last week. Frame number 2A002422 the bike is in really nice condition for its age and has a pair of new blue Renthals. Please look out for it. Police tell me that a gang is operating in the area targeting all types of off road bikes, probably for export. This is not kids looking for something to thrash around the local common. They arrested someone yesterday after a neighbour reported a suspicious van and a bloke pushing a blue motorbike, but didn't find any evidence. my mate andy just had his 05 beta rev 3 and honda tlr200 stolen from his shed in the early hours of this morning from felixstowe in suffolk. hes more gutted about the tlr as hes just started to sort it. if anyone is offered either in the local eastern centre area or further afield please pm me and i can pass on the info. the honda is standard apart from betor rear shocks. the beta has new grey mudguards and sxs graphics and is mint. hope they turn up, thanks all.

I have just had my 2010 Beta Evo 250 4T (4 stroke engine) stolen from the front of my house in Banchory, Scotland. Nothing unusual about it, apart from a 10mm hole drilled in the rear mud guard which I used to attach the reg plate. Frame number is ZD3T6020090400110 Any info greatly appreciated!

I've had my garage ram raided last sunday afternoon, 2pm! in broad daylight! cheeky *******s. Basically they reversed a small van into the garage doors several times until it came off. They nicked my 2005 Montesa 4rt and 1992 Aprilia Climber, neither are insured, so Im well p****d off. Please look out for idiots trying to sell these bikes, let me know if you hear of anything. Not been on here for a while and decided to check out the stolen bike thread, as I thought that trials bikes wouldn't be stolen as often as the MX and enduro bikes...but I'm wrong! It seems that the police seem to getting a real bad press on here too as regards their reaction to a stolen bike....I have been there too when I had my enduro bike stolen. Stolen yesterday whist in the Lichfield area. Hi guys, just a warning about more thieving B******S. My bike was stolen from my garden shed at about 3:30 am thurs 17. april. in Blyth Northumberland. My bike is a.... (WAS) a Gas Gas TXT 249 1999. in blue and was in almost mint condition as i had just finished restoring it. I thought it was safe and sound in my brick built shed in my back garden, the only way in is through a very narrow yard which has a 6ft locked gate at the front, a 4ft bolted gate at the rear and two very loud wheelie bins in between, the shed was also locked up with a very heavy duty padlock. It takes me....(USED TO TAKE ME) a good half hour to get the bike out of the shed, move the wheelie bin…
