My '03 SY250's front brake is kind of weak. The lever comes in quite a ways too. I've changed the fluid and bled it, no difference. Has anyone tried the Galfer trials wave rotor? Or the Galfer kit with caliper? Are there better pads I could be using (I'm still on the stock ones). Thanks.

How much would you pay for a 01 scorpa? looking at getting one thats been owned by a steady clubman rider, very well maintained bike and is only selling it due to getting an 04 bike. Need to convince the other half that a fourth bike is still not too many!

As someone new to owning a scorpa 250 2003 model. Whats are the hot set-up for the compression/rebound on the front and rear surspension. Any recommended jetting changes, plug grade etc. any problems to look out for. Do you recomend any mods for its early May scottish holiday. Already fitted water pump guard and YOU HAVE USED WORDS OR A PHRASE WHICH ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THIS WEBSITE. PLEASE DELETE YOUR POST/TOPIC. DO NOT TRY TO CIRCUMVENT THE FILTERS IN PLACE ON THIS WEBSITE mud flap and engine guard ( stops crap going under radiator onto plug) Or is the answer just ride the thing! Thanks

Can anyone tell me the differences between the Rotax powered Easy's and the Yamaha powered SY's? I'm referring to differences in handling, engine reactions, etc. Do the SYs have the same basic "feel"? I'm probably not making any sense

I have been trying to create a list of rear wheel spacer widths, very useful when trying to get spare wheels to fit different bikes. Could someone measure the sprocket and disc side spacers on an SY250 ? I'll post the full list in the Riders Helping Riders thread.

I've got a '97 250 Easy that I plan to replace this spring. Upon my purchase of the replacement my brother is going to buy my current bike. The problem is, I haven't really seen many equivalent bikes for sale to get a value for it. I don't want to rip-off my brother, but I also can't afford to sell him a $2000 bike for $500. The bike is in good condition with new fenders, could use a new rear tire for competition use, but since there aren't any events in his area that shouldn't be a problem.

i currently ride a gas gas pro 250 at (rather poor ) clubman B level and im looking to change my bike in the fairly near future , and i really fancy a 175 4t scorpa , i like the look, the simplicity and the individuality but will it be right for me ? i know i can only answer that question ultimately but what are the owners views , what are the advantages?? pitfalls ??

Just because I had one lying about that I used for my RTL, I thought I wonder if?? In the US you need a spark arrestor for most events anyway and one of the mods for the bike is taking out the restrictors, using the bottom connection of the stock exhaust that fits right into the universal FMF spark arrestor you can kill two birds with one stone. The top mounting bracket just slides into place so no welding or fabricating needed.

I have recently bought our first trials bike (first ever motorbike come to that), a 03 scorpa 250 for myself and son to learn on, anyway I'm going to sound like a right knob but can anyone tell me if the air filter cover is solid as the one on our bike is'nt, when you take mudguard off you can see the foam filter held in place with a black plastic rectangle frame, somehow doesn't look right even with my limited experience? is some cover missing? if so can I get a replacement? looks like muck could get in easily, many thanks

Seen these smart looking titanium fork protectors on the tryalsshop.com web site. Does any body know if they're available in the UK? Also, I've been sending e mails to the guys at tryalsshop.com but have not got a reply from any of them. Just wondering how much it would be to mail them over to the uk? Anyone help?
